Big rip off in service. One of the better buying experience I have had but as usual after you go to service a couple of times all of a sudden they want to charge ridiculous prices like $ 165.00 for wiper blades that I can buy in auto parts store For $ 21.00 each. Steve Rambo was the best when it came to financing. I refused to pay for the wiper blades and told then to put my old ones back on and of course they couldn’t find them. After a while of arguing the cut the price. I was insulted by a guy named Charles don’t know his last name no one would tell me told the girl to call the Sheriffs Dept. If I didn’t pay he was a nobody with a big mouth you know the kind. I told them to please do so which after a few minutes they cut my bill from $ 475 to $ 350 only because they over charged me for a battery an oil change. So beware and ask for an estimate before you come to pick it up. Oh and I never was fineness my discount for service that we were to that we would get for purchasing our RV from them. I will never be back there. Run. And no apology from the little man with the big mouth that turned and ran after he made his stupid statement. The management should be real happy that an employee would threaten a customer like that and get away with it.
