Lids Locker Room

On 12÷26÷15 I went into the Lids Locker Room store at the Edison Mall in Fort Myers around 8:30 PM. I was greeted by an employee that was talking with a couple other employees, he asked how I was. I answered I am good and said I was just looking and then started to walk through the store looking. My brother who came in shortly after came up to me to inform me that the guy who greeted me said that he said to the other employees, in a retarded voice «just looking around» and the he said that’s good way to answer and was mocking me. I was polite but at the moment of entry to the store I was just looking. I am sure he didn’t know that was my brother but still this is no excuse to be making fun of a potential customer, especially one who has bought Christmas gifts this year and bought two football jerseys from the store within December 2015. I usually don’t complain but to have this type of thing happen doesn’t exactly make you feel good inside. I went up to someone else in the store and expressed how I felt and then said I would speak to the Store Manager the next day and walked out. Then I walked to get my wife and kids and when I walked back to the store because I forgot to ask who the store manager was the guy that was mocking me was exiting the store asked why we wanted the store manager and I explained to him what we heard him say he then denied it and responded that he was the store manager and with total nastiness. I explained to him that I will inform corporate to make them aware of the situation and he was in total no concern. I tried to keep my cool and then walked away. I will not tolerate being treated that way in your establishment and I will assume that you would feel the same way and will take care of this situation. Making fun of customers is not acceptable whether how much money I have spent in the last couple months or not. Within the last two months I spent approximately $ 300 or more, and if I could bring back each item I would. I know this may not have been the fault of Lids Locker room but due to the store manager who is rude everytime I have gone there and now being made fun of is extremely terrible.
