Established in 2004.

Maria moved to Fort Myers, Florida in December of 1999 from Michigan where she purchased and sold homes for herself. Maria was a stay at home mom when first moving to the Ft. Myers area. She has always had a passion for real estate, even when she wasn’t buying homes, Maria began looking for opportunities in Fort Myers and found herself selling real estate instead. Maria started working for a Lennar Homes, a national developer, in 2004, but was quickly recruited by Meritage Homes. She sold real estate in gated communities for Meritage Homes and shopping gated communities for comparison became a hobby! Maria now specializes in Gated Communities and the lifestyle they offer. She is constantly researching all new communities to stay abreast of the newest, most desirable neighborhoods. Let Maria help you match a community to your wants and needs!
