Sammy, the receptionist certainly appreciates appointments scheduled in advance, however you can still see the Doctor as a walk-​in. And most of the time your wait is minimal. I would speculate that’s why you shouldn’t expect TV or WiFi, as this is a medical clinic, not a coffee shop! See my tip, but realize this office also addresses ALL medical concerns other than weight loss. Dr. Morris & staff are competent & friendly.
