Ordered a rose bouquet (nosegay) to give my 3 year old niece at her first dance recital. It was beautifully made up. She and everyone else who saw her bouquet loved it. It was the perfect size, and she could easily hold/​carry it.

The flowers that were sent to me the day before Valentines Day are already dead! They lasted three days and from the start, it had to be the ugliest bouquets of flowers I’ve ever seen. I even took pictures of them so I can bring them home and show my husband. It was insulting!

As I walked in the lobby the place was very organized and neat and I was excited to have found a nice florist right down the street from my house. However, I was never once greeted by a single employee and had to find someone myself to help me. A young man then provided me with his assistance and I simply told him all I wanted was a $ 30 bouquet of roses. He spent quite sometime in the back, not sure exactly what he was doing as he didn’t seem very experienced. When he was finished he carried out a surprisingly small bouquet of flowers which also looked like a sloppy job if I might add. The flowers were bundled together with a small ribbon around a thin ripped up tissue paper. Very unprofessional and overpriced in my opinion, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.
