Sabrina’s Gulf Coast Window Cleaning

Sabrina’s quoted $ 140 over the phone for cleaning my windows. This was based on the square footage of my house. They didn’t say anything about it being an estimate or subject to change. Their crew showed up and said our house has more windows than they expected they need $ 190 to clean them. That’s complete BS. Our house is a regular house just like every other house in the neighborhood. And they’ve worked in our neighborhood. I called their office to complain and said that if they didn’t honor their quote that we would not ever do business with them again. They said «well, it looks like we can’t do business with each other». These people have no idea how to run a business or how to deal with customers that are unhappy. I would give them zero stars if it were an option.

We were referred to Sabrinas by a neighbor who had good experiences with them. The crew showed up on time and were very pleasant. We have a difficult set of slider windows that have screens right behind them. This made the job very difficult to do. The crew, however, was very accommodating and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves. The price was right and we would certainly use them again.

After seeing the news report that a Sabrina employee stole more than $ 100,000 in jewelry from a customer’s home, I think everyone should anyone but Sabrina’s to come to their homes.
