Established in 2015.
Family owned and operated by two brothers, Chris and Doug Blauvelt with a combined 50 years experience in the food industry.
Our goal is to serve, fresh, home-cooked style dishes from our «made from scratch» kitchen. Executive Chef, Katlyn Johnson, brings her years of experience and her wonderful palet for strong, contrasting flavors to every dish served up to our guests. With a flare for the sweet, Chef Kate astonishes our guests with homemade deserts that may vary from week to week. However, though there is no printed desert menu, the regular staples of a unique Key Lime Pie and Coffee and Donuts (scratch made, fried to order Beignets and Coffee Ice Cream) are what makes the Standard different from other establishments in the Riverfront District of Fort Myers.
