Hmmmm… the furniture we ordered is very nice, good quality. Of course we paid for very nice. The sales transaction was great and she was informative. When our patio furniture arrived, the «3rd party delivery guys» told us they had sent the wrong burner. OK, stuff happens and we understand that. We called the store and let them know about the burner and that we needed the correct one. This is where everything went south. Customer service was absolutely terrible and the guy who takes the calls must LOVE to argue with customers. I’ve never heard anything like it. He said the delivery guys were wrong, then it turned out they were right, then no call back, as promised, on when we’d get the burner so we called and he said «Hey! I’m doing you a favor here. I called the manufacturer for you. You’ll get your burner when it comes in.» Took about a month to get it. Won’t shop here again. The cover to the fire pit is warped, but it’s not worth dealing with these jerks.
