The Aspen Inn & Suite is rebranding as the Best Western Aspen and what a beautiful remodel. My room was spacious, quiet, a nicely appointed. The hot breakfast was delicious and I really appreciated the friendliness of Lavonda and her staff. I used their fitness and loved their new equipment. Most of all the value was there. I really love the job they did on their remodel and plan to return the Best Western Aspen when I return to Fort Smith

Staff: very friendly and helpful. When I arrived, they showed me a map of the hotel and said which rooms were right by an exit, which rooms were quiet, etc., and then they let me pick my room. Rooms: clean and comfortable with a mini-fridge and a flatscreen TV with a surprising number of good channels; bathroom was nice and had a good shower Extras: continental breakfast was extensive – scrambled and hardboiled eggs, sausage and bacon, waffles, oatmeal, OJ, cereal. I mean, I’ve had better, but all the food was pretty good. Location: excellent, within 40 ft of about 10 chain restaurants(Chili’s, Starbucks, Outback). and a bunch of retail stores. The bad: no wi-fi or internet in the room, though I think there was a computer in the lobby Price: outstanding. My room was about $ 75(before tax), which is about $ 25 cheaper than similar hotels in the area. Overall: A solid place if you’re tired of driving and need a place to rest up.

We stayed here again on our way home for Christmas, and were just as pleased the second time around. We staggered in again late at night, and were met with friendliness and a discount for the late hour. I wish we would have come back home this route so we could have stayed here again :)
