I have done business with Professional Moving Services for my last 2 moves. I had absolutely no issues at all. Outstanding service. The first move, I was given a quote, accepted the quote, and the job went a little faster than expected and I was charged less than quoted, which is very rare these days — The second time I used them they once again did an excellent job. I have recommended P.M.S. to multiple co-workers and friends, and those people also went with P.M.S. because they had the best prices around, and also received great service. Reading the negative review below doesn’t make any sense to me, if one is moving, you might want to give yourself a bit more time than 2 hours to schedule a whole house move and walkthrough to happen, thats sounds more like a 2 day process to me — and also you might want to make sure you are home — and as the owner Mr. Herbert stated, if you request additional services like picking up furniture from a store and then sitting in highway 98 traffic for 2 hours, there obviously is going to be an additional charge for paying his employees and additional fuel expenses — I thing an additional $ 150 was a bargain, just my opinion — There is a reason why P.M.S. has been winning the«Best Moving Service» award for the last several years, trust me, use them and you will see how great they do. If you don’t believe me, call around — They are BYFAR the most inexpensive! Thanks for all the great service!

I used PMS to move my belongings from a Fort Walton Beach house to a Fort Walton Beach house. They were great! They were polite, courteous, respectful of my belongings, and moved swiftly. I never felt like they were abusing my time. I worked for a company a few years back that moved building locations. PMS moved our office and they were awesome then too! They came to me highly recommended from other friends and from my past experience with them from the office move. They also have lots of experience moving those precious items like pianos and organs. I would highly recommend using this company. I don’t plan on moving again but if I do I will definitely use them again!

THEWORSTEXPERIENCEOFMYLIFE! DONOT use this company. Where do I even begin? On moving day, they ran 3 hours behind due to a flat tire, which wasn’t their fault, but in order to resolve the issue the owner insisted that I add another guy for $ 15/hr so they can speed the process up since THEY were running behind. Not only did he expect me to pay more per hour on their behalf, but he also misquoted me over the phone initially. Once the 3 guys, suppose to be only 2, showed up to move me out of my apartment they informed me that they couldn’t move me because there was way more stuff than what was quoted. They told me that it was going to take them 8HOURS and there wasn’t enough time left in the day! The 3 guys were very sincere and apologetic but couldn’t do anything about it because it was the owner’s fault and he refused to fix it! I called the owner, Robert Herbert, and expressed to him my concerns and frustrations because I was left empty handed with a full apartment and had to be out in 2 days otherwise I’d be penalized by my apartment complex. He REFUSED to take responsibility of his mistakes(misquoting me over the phone, not correctly writing everything I told him I had down, scheduling me midday after multiple prior moves, and telling me I had to pay for an extra guy because THEY were late!) He also cut me off while I was talking, yelled at me, told me I was«misleading», and HUNGUPONME! THISCOMPANYISUNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE, ANDLACKSCUSTOMERSERVICE. Do yourself a favor and DONOTUSETHEM. You’ll be happy that you didn’t. As for me, I’m left stranded. :( P. S. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. They deserve a BIGFATZERO! Their slogan is «Attitude is Everything» well… Robert Herbert needs a HUGEATTITUDEADJUSTMENT or his business will feel the repercussions of his poor business practices.
