Salvati’s Pizza Factory

Well we ordered exactly 2 hours ago were told it would be here in 25 – 30 minutes and are still waiting called back they said it had left 0.5 miles from us 35 minutes after we ordered called back an hour after and it just left again 1 ½ again same thing this pizza has traveled over the last 2 hours @ 2 hours ordered papa johns and was told it had just left again DONT ORDER FROM THERE WE ALSO SPOKE TO NEIGHBOR AT RESORT THAT ORDERED SAME THING AND TASTED BAD AND WAS COLD AS HECK !!! Papa johns here in 30 minutes and wonderful as usual !!

We ordered delivery of the chopped house salad with 2 dressings and the Supreme Pizza. Both were very sad. We only received one small dressing and there was only lettuce, tomatoes and croutons. The pizza arrived cold and soggy. We are only 0.4 mile from the pizzeria. Go elsewhere. Quality is poor and they are overpriced.

Pizza was pretty good. It is adjacent to an arcade so very noisy and the staff could use some training.

Waaaaay better pizza and panini than I expected from an arcade. I would go there just for the food any time.

Ordered 20 wings and three 16″ pizzas (Hawaiian, Meat Lovers, Supreme) last night and everything was wonderful. The crust is nothing but amazing! I would recommend this place to my closest friends.
Our food was delivered before their promised time on Saturday night.
The only thing that could be improved would be to reduce the prices, as it is a little high to pay $ 24 for a 16″ pie.

They totally ripped us off. We were quoted a price when we called and placed an order and were told by the delivery guy that it was $ 5 more than the quoted price. We also checked the online order process and it came out to the same original quoted price. So frustrating!

A chopped salad is when all the produce in the salad is chopped uniform and usually in smaller bite size pieces. Their $ 8 chopped salad is just a large dinner salad with loads of red onions, dried out cucumbers, old looking mushrooms, soggy tomatoes, and wilted odd tasting large lettuce pieces. Not worth the money as we ended up throwing it out. I hate to waste money and especially hate to waste food.
The pizza is meh with ingredients that stopped shy of the crust about 3 inches. Definitely not worth the calories. This is a pizza that should be a 5.00 deal with the poor quality ingredients.
I agree with other reviewer the rave reviews on this place are bogus and we Unilocalers need to put a stop to this by honest reviews. The lady who wrote she drives one hour for this pizza is certainly in fantasy land?

The pizza is very good, however a 16 inch pizza in various combinations that is at best 14 inch, and they don’t put ingredients on the outer 1.5−2 inches. So $ 25 for that? I don’t think so.

Amazing pizza! Found out about this place when I visited the arcade. Now I’ve just been going for the pizza, and it takes me over an hour from where I live, so that’s saying something! The crust is also phenomenal, keep up the yummy work!

In the Adventure Zone park (across the street from the Okaloosa Pier boardwalk), and next to a good frozen yogurt place (that is kosher!:), the pizza was actually very tasty: thin crust with Parmesan chunks on it, good sauce, good selection of toppings (I got fresh basil & caramelized onions which was yummy); only complaint is i’d prefer if the pizza was less oily.

Wasn’t impressed at all! For starters, the pizza we ordered was not what received. Plus it was very dry. Then the diet coke was out in both machines. When I asked staff if It could be refilled he replied «I can when it dies down some.» Keep in mind at this moment there were no other customers in line. Then I asked if there were any other diet options he said «no.» So if you are a diabetic then then you are just out of luck. Thanks pizza guy. That would just make my already lukewarm pizza even colder. We are locals and we will not be returning.

Surprisingly good pizza. I put it on par with Helen Back pizza. Had your basic pepperoni pizza which had great flavor.

This is located on 98 next to the adventure express across from crab shack. Big tourist spot, didn’t realize when I placed my carry-​out.
–1: Just placed a carry out order. Mentioned a coupon posted on Facebook from a month ago. Wouldn’t redeem over phone, said I need a physical copy. Don’t advertise deals through social media if no intention to honor. Bad business — upset customers.
–2: Told hour wait on pickup, must be busy and good I thought. When I arrive, one customer sitting. One group party in back, one just ordered in front of me. Pretty dead, and of course food Luke warm. Really ruined the experience.

Also, bread knots aren’t like the picture. It’s not a knot at all, or if it is they dismember the hell out of it before it’s in your box. That’s not a bad thing, but a bit deceptive and misleading like the rest of my experience.
Post visit: Someone contacted me on Facebook and a Unilocal private message asking me to e-​mail for a gift certificate. I sent a short e-​mail, and was happy to give Salvati a second chance, and a new review. I was initially impressed with their concern, especially as I didn’t actively seek management’s attention. I was just publicly giving my opinion to which they responded. Ironically after a week of double checking my spam box, I never received a reply back. What’s ironic was my whole issue with the business in the first place is I felt deceived and misled by them.

We ordered delivery pizza for the kids. The pizza arrived a bit of a mess as our driver had an accident on the way, poor girl. Despite the appearance, the kids raved about the pizza, and my eldest son takes his pizza seriously, so that is saying something. They didn’t care for the garlic knots, however. The adults tried the leftovers the next day, and we thought it was pretty good. We plan to order again.

Fantastic pizza at a great venue. The sauce is amazing! The staff was friendly and did a great job taking care of our large party.

Clearly every previous review was written by an employee, owner, or family member. First of all, this is not a freestanding location at all, it’s inside of and arguably part of «Wild Willy’s Adventureland.» Very hard to find and get to.
It might get another star if it was half the price, but the pizza was awful. First of all the sauce is overpowering. It’s literally the only thing you taste. The pizza is absolutely tasteless. I was eating with a friend and he even remarked. «It’s just missing something. Something important.» And I responded «taste.» It was absolutely the most bland and tasteless cardboard pizza I think I’ve ever had.
Their salads are nothing to write home about, but not bad either. Everyone is nice, and the interior is decent looking albeit VERY loud. The pizza is just awful. Drive a few miles down 98 to Vinny McGuires, spend less money and get a bigger pizza that’s 100 times better.

Honestly some of the best pizza I’ve ever put in my mouth. Make that THE best pizza. Not what you’d expect in an arcade setting, it was first class! They just opened a few weeks ago so service was kind of slow, but the staff was super friendly and even brought out some garlic knots for our wait. Yummy! The toppings were gourmet and fresh — we thought we’d ordered way too much but ate every bite because we just could not stop. The crust was excellent — I preferred the crust on the small pizza because it was thinner and crispier. Well priced. Really there isn’t a bad thing to say. I wish it the most success — go eat. We will be back!!!

Just ordered delivery and very good pizza. Loved the roasted garlic on my pizza and the very thin crust. Very tasty. Caesar salad with shaved chicken was nice. My only comment is that they don’t take c/​c on delivery. But very quick service and nice friendly guy. Thanks for making our last day in Fort Walton Beach memorable!

Real Italian pizza. The sauce is awesome. Very good wings too. The staff was very friendly and fast. Stay and play in the arcade or go for a round of mini golf before or after you eat.

I am not even playing, this is some damn good pizza… I cannot believe how good this was. What a treat… def worth it.
