Simply Significant

Awesome little place that offers ups great Paleo food. They cook a weeks worth of meals ahead of time then either deliver them to you (for a small fee) or you pick them up. I’ve been getting meals for about three weeks now and have loved them all. Simply Significant is definitely helping me with my weight loss goals for a decent price! It’s well worth it to not have to take the time to meal plan, grocery shop, cook, then sort your meals out for the week!

I was finally able to drive up to this small building right next to the Dodge’s gas station off eglin parkway. Inside the set up is simple, with various dried pastas, soups, mixes and spices available for sale. There’s a refrigerated case next to the counter containing premade soups, pastas, salads and lunch/​dinner entrees. They have vegan/​gluten free/​paleo style items for sale. It’s made from organic ingredients. From the conversation I had with the nice woman behind the counter, they pre-​cook the weeks meals on Sunday/​Monday then cooled for sale during the week.
It’s a nice stop if you’re looking for a quick bite for lunch or dinner. There is no sit down area but plenty of parking. Prices are a bit high. When I went there I tried out their shrimp and grits and their chicken piccata. I LOVED the shrimp and grits, the sauce they put was delicious, not too spicy and it was portioned just right for one person. The chicken piccata I wasn’t that too thrilled about but it was worth a try. They change out their menu daily so there’s always something new to try out. No military discount though but it won’t stop me from coming back.
