I’ve used ATS for many years. Always professional, always courteous and quick. Even now that I have moved out of the area, I make a special drive — over an hour! — during tax season. Highly recommend!

I took my my return to be prepared on February 2,2011 to be filed on February 14th.
It is now April 12, 2011 and I still have not gotten a return. I called the IRS and they said they have not received my return.
It is my fault for waiting so long, but it was her job to prepare and file it and she failed to do so.
The lady who does the taxes, her name is Vicky, seemed more vindictive that I was returning to her after years of service with a competitor. My return was lousy anyway. I called her receptionist and told him that she no longer has my authority to file my taxes as I will be handling them on my own (as I should have).
I am not hoping to get a refund. Do not go to her. Do it yourself.
