Collision Revision

We use this shop a lot…
Mercedes, BMW mostly but have also had the Toyota and Honda in also. We had a paint issue on the hood of a Mercedes after 2 years and they took care of it without a bunch of hassle.
I spent a lot of years in the auto repair biz and auto body is tough… they never know for sure what they have until they tear in to it (plastic hides a lot of damage). NEVER had a problem with fit or finish on repair jobs that they were allowed to fix properly. (cut corners or go cheap, do so at your own peril, they cant fix what you cant pay for).
10 years with them and see no reason for any changes.

After someone hit my parked car, I took it to Collision Revision at the recommendation of my insurance agent. Since I have a $ 500 deductible and didn’t want to file a claim on my insurance if I didn’t have to, I was given 3 different quotes so I could decide if I wanted to fix the dent and scratch completely, use paint-​less dent removal, or just buff out the scratch. The prices were very reasonable, so I decided to fix it completely.
Service cost the same and took the same amount of time as the original quote. Also, I was able to use the complementary shuttle service to get to and from work so that I didn’t need to rent a car.
When I picked up the car, I was happy to find no sign of the dent or the scratch. But I was really impressed that they also washed the exterior of my car and cleaned the interior.
I hope that I don’t need their services again, but if I do, I will be happy to return.
