Had to go here for a brake repair that another Firestone did wrong. Here, the mechanic took my car for a 25-​minute «test drive.» No idea where. When I got in, the brake pedal was very soft. He couldn’t figure out why that would be. I drove it across town. Brake pedal was now hitting the floor, generating a moment of panic in a bad situation. Took it to another shop. Turns out the brake fluid had completely leaked out. It was all over the tire. I could have been killed.
