We are a traditional martial arts studio with classes available for both children and adults. Our goal is to help our students recognize the many benefits of Karate training all while having fun.

History

Established in 1970.

The first Lions Karate was opened in the Chicago-​land area in the early 1970’s. Since that time Lions Black Belts have opened additional locations inside the United States. Lions Karate of Fort Wayne opened it’s doors in July of 2015.

Meet the Business Owner

Ron K.

Business Owner

Our primary instructor is Ron Kuhn who began his martial arts training back in 1982 with a Judo class at the local Youth Center. Since then Mr. Kuhn has trained in and attended seminars in a wide variety of arts including: Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kobudo, Judo, Jukido, Aikijutsu, and Jujuitsu. He received his first degree black belt in April of 1990 and has continued to train and teach since that time.
