History

Established in 2009.

After 30 years in transportation and logistics operations and business development positions with two global providers, it was time to start a career where I could impact people’s personal lives in a positive way.

The largest single investment anyone will make is in purchasing a home. I decided to take my human relations, business acumen, and negotiating skills and apply them to the residential real estate market. My business has grown every year as I began to build a name for myself by helping many people with upgrading and downsizing the place they call home. I grow my business through referrals primarily with some marketing, but mostly through word of mouth from satisfied clients.

I appreciate the referrals I receive from current clients and always welcome the opportunity to assist new clients with selling and/​or buying their homes. After all, many times it is a huge emotional as well as financial decision.

I have successfully assisted professional people make the best decisions possible by listening to what their needs are and applying solutions based on our combined knowledge and most the most cost effective way of implementing those solutions.

I apply these same principles with my real estate clients. I listen to what their living situation and needs and desires are regarding their ideal home situation and work with them to come up with a solution that meets their financial as well as emotional needs. I have grown my business each year primarily through referrals as proof of the positive results my clients have enjoyed by choosing to work with me through the process. I have helped people buy homes, sell homes, and build new homes. I am prepared to help you through this process
