I told them to call me before or right when my dog was finished, I don’t like him being in a cage for too long. They didn’t. He was in a cage for about 90 minutes. The lady dropped him on his back while bringing him out to me, and didn’t even apologize. Then I realized they totally cut him up under his neck. It was all bloody and scratched. 10 days later and it’s still very scabbed. I will be taking them back to their original groomer. I now know why you can get your dog in right away there. AWFUL.
