Opened as a small outlet for Habersham Furniture at Georgetown Square; 1979 — Opened in the Apple Orchard of Glenbrook Square — focus evolved to gifts; 1983 — Opened 3^rd location in Southtown Mall; 1985 — First 1^st Place, People Choice Interior Design, Parade of Homes; 1989 — Moved south store to Village at Coventry; 2001 — Moved south store again to new Jefferson Pointe Shopping Center. 2008 — Combined 2 north locations and warehouse in reclimated big-​box store as a 20,000 sqft home décor and interior design showcase. 2011 — Sixth 1^st Place, Interior Design, Parade of Homes

Bill and Diana B.

Business Owner

Bill and Diana, both schoolteachers and married for under a year, purchased the 3000 sqft, 1 part-​time employee business in 1975, with a loan from a grandparent. Diana’s natural talent for spotting trendy gifts and Bill’s family farm-​based business experience, was the perfect combination, enabling the business to successfully connect w/​customers. While Diana has passed buying responsibilities to others, Bill can still be seen daily on the Pine Valley sales floor, welcoming customers, and ensuring their pleasant visit!
