Business Owner

Dr. Joseph Fortin is currently the Medical Director of Spine Technology and Rehabilitation P.C. and a Clinical Professor at Indiana University School of Medicine. His board certifications include: American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine, Pain Management (American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation), and Fellow Interventional Pain Practice (World Institute of Pain). Dr. Fortin is a prolific author credited with a sports medicine text entitled «Functional Biomechanics and Rehabilitation of Sports Injuries,» numerous scientific reports and book chapters on spinal imaging, image-​guided injection procedures and spinal injury mechanisms in athletes. He is a regularly featured speaker on the growing applications for stem cell therapies. His pioneering research has been recognized internationally by myriad endowed major university lectureships.
