Bob’s Lock & Safe

After talking with someone at Bob’s Lock and Safe the previous day, and letting him know that I would be bringing a safe over at 8:30 AM sharp since I had to be at work by 9 AM, I showed up and sat outside until 8:45 AM before I had to leave to make it to work on time unlike these fellows that can’t be bothered to open their shop at the advertised time. When I called later that morning, the same fellow I had spoke to the previous day, not only did not apologize for being late but actually acted insulted that I dared to mention that they were late and my asking if I were to drop by the next morning at 8:30 AM, could I count on someone being there? His response: «Well, it’s not 8:30 tomorrow morning yet, so I don’t know». Uh uh. No way I’m going back there.

Great guys! I have used them many times over the last 2 decades and trust them as my go to guys for locks and safes. They always seem to know what they are doing, are professional and honest.
