Was only gonna leave 2 stars but there cashier, whos name i dont know(35 – 45 yrs old white, 6’2ish 250lbs) is always really good and goes above and beyond to provide amazing service. And usaly i have complete and accurate orders. However today wasnt the case and Mr. Amazing wasnt there. Order was incorrect. Asked for 12 grilled nuggets got 12 fryed, asked for small super food got large. Called the manager and was told she would(mail) me coupons…

Let me first say I LOVE Chick Fil A. I do! It’s my go to place to eat. But THISLOCATION is awful. This is the second time I’ve been here. The last time I swore I’d not be back. But, I decided to give it a second try. When I walked in they have this terribly confusing line system set up. So once I figured out where to go and maneuvered around the crowd still waiting for there food, I found the end of the line. I watched. Just like last time there was a group of young employees joking and playing behind the counter. Doing nothing! Except dropping the plastic utensils they were throwing. Then PICKED it up off the FLOOR and put it back in with the other unused ones. I then noticed they only had one, ONE, register opened for this long line. So I asked another employee, «Do you have another register opened?» He responded, «No. This is how we are rolling today.» What? Really? «Rolling»? Well after waiting 8 minutes in line and not moving, noticing all the people still waiting for food, I decided to leave. I then called to speak with the manager. A kid answered the phone and told me he was the manager. I explained to him(nicely, I always try to be gentle but straight forward as rudeness gets you no where) the problem. He listened. He did. Then told me, «It’s the way it is today.» Again, really? I informed him that I will be calling the owner and the headquarters of Chick Fil A in GA. They need to know that this store does not in any way live up to the high and wonderful standards that make me appreciate Chick Fil A so much! After all, I can write this here, and it probably won’t do much. But as I said I highly respect the principles of this company and their values and feel they need to know.

After waiting in line for what seemed to be almost ten minutes, I finally got up the the counter to order my spicy chicken biscuit with added egg and pepper jack cheese. I told them my order had been wrong in the past, and asked them to make SURE it was right. After waiting ANOTHER ten minutes, I received my food and anxiously dug in. My order came out with American cheese instead of pepper jack. I walked begrudgingly back to the counter and asked them to fix the mistake. Two minutes later they brought me my new biscuit. I opened this biscuit to find that NO cheese was on it. Furious, I stormed over to demand the food I had paid for, and the cashier seemed irritated with ME! I finally settled for my hard, stale biscuit and cold hash browns and went on my way. Never again, chicfila @3200 S Hulen. Never again…

Such a great experience. I’m here now during the lunch rush and customer service has been outstanding. Line was long but speedy. They have staff delivering meals to your table to avoid congestion at the counter. They also have a manager and staff member making rounds checking on everyone. Top notch!

Worst chick fil a ever!!! Been in drive thru line for 25 minutes. Update! Had to come here again and AGAIN I’ve been stuck in the line for 25+ minutes. I get that they’re busy but this is ridiculous. Management should really step in and do something about this.

I love Chik-fil-A but not this one!!! Two weekends in a row we have come here through the drive thru and the line appeared short but it took sooooo long to get our food that we finally pulled out and left. The first time it happened I chalked it up to perhaps someone didn’t show up or some other random issue. However, now this being the second time, there must be a pattern. Poor management, planning, organization or staffing. Whatever the problem it needs to be fixed because this location is soiling the good reputation of the company.

Great service, a little slower than other CFAs. Dinner time is a crazy time very loud with many children screaming and running around. This is not chick fil a’s problem, but sure does contribute to the overall experience of your meal.

I love chick-fil-a breakfast. Chicken minis and original iced coffee half sweet. The line here gets pretty out of control and will wrap around the whole building and then some. You’d be better off going at off times or parking and going inside for your order. There’s also a starbucks in the same plaza so mornings are out of control.

The worst Chick-fil-a ever. They are slow as all get out. It is Friday at 1 p.m. and it is just awful. The manager of this Chick-fil-a needs to hire help for lunch hour.
