Drove through for a quick sliced beef sandwich to go. Brisket was very dry, and looked like it had been sliced well before being used in my sandwich. Asked for sauce on the side but got to office with no sauce… potato salad and slaw standard run of mill BBQ fare… Nothing special here worth returning for a second visit…

Went to Cowtown yesterday after buying a Christmas tree from the adjoining lot. Sandwiches are very small, less than 2 oz of meat, but at least they are cheap. Had a chopped beef sandwich that all I could taste was the sauce, which was good. My wife had a pulled pork sandwich that had no sauce on it and was terrible. My son had the sliced brisket that was very bland. None of the meat had any smoky flavor or any sign of a smoke ring. We won’t go back.

We where checking out 2 roaches ran under the cash register which might I ad it at the end of the serving line where all the food is located. Many years ago it was a good place bit as of this last visit I can say I won’t be returning.

We ate there twice this week and both times the food was really good. However, there seemed to be a lot of flies. If they could take care of that somehow that would be great!

Everything about this restaurant was disgusting. I didn’t know it was actually possible to mess up a baked potato. They did it. My husband ordered the pulled pork sandwich and it was nothing but fat. He literally just ate the buns. Everything was cold and flavorless. I wanna go back in time and not set foot in this place.

Went here over the weekend. Had all meats and was pretty much disappointed. Brisket was incredibly dry. Sausage was store bought but okay. I also feel like the turkey and ribs weren’t even smoked, ashamed that they carry the moniker of «Texas BBQ» Chopped beef sandwiches were pretty delicious though and at a great value. Pretty cool interior though and very spacious.

This BBQ place is located inside of the Ridgmars Farmers Market. I tried all of the meat options they had to offer. Everything was cold and flavorless. Even the sides lacked in flavor. The only thing worth going back for is the chopped beef sandwiches. The buns were hot, and the meat had a little sauce mixed in to give it some flavor. They were not bad, but their price is what makes them so much more enjoyable. Even though they were on the small side, you can get 5 chopped beef sandwiches priced just under $ 6. This is the only reason I gave them 2 stars.
