Extremely rude male assistant. Very terrible customer service. He made my order wrong and when I asked for something different he starts an argument saying that«we are not Starbucks» because he didn’t know what a Mocha was. My mocha is usually AMAZING but this guy took his bad day out on me and ruined my entire day. I’ve just opened my bagel sandwich and realised he didn’t even have the decency to order the right sandwich for me. I ordered the bacon and egg sandwich and I got a sausage and egg sandwich. WORST Dunkin Donut Experience EVER. To make it worse he had really bad hygiene issues. I walked in so excited and left feeling terrible.

Stopped in for donuts and coffee stood behind a family for 15 minutes when we finally got up there didn’t have the kind of donuts we wanted asked for an iced coffee and said the machine was broken. Rude employees donuts were hard and not fresh. Horrible service will never visit this location again.

Don’t go to this place unless you have no place to go. It is slow and you may have to wait for your order to be made correctly. The employees here are completely incompetent and there seems to be zero leadership or management. They don’t know the products and everyone seems to be just walking around doing their own thing with no plan or purpose. Also, make sure your total is correct.

It’s fast food, not Starbucks(which is a few blocks away, btw). There are only two things I like here: bagel and iced coffee. They will double toast the bagel if you ask. Yes, this location makes mistakes with orders, but if you know that going in, you can check to make sure your order is accurate before you leave. It’s just kids working here. N/b/d

Disgusting. Our 3rd visit and last. Donuts are stale, ice cream has freezer burn. The place is dirty. Either someone left their children or an employee had their children there. One child was climbing the walls and kept hanging over the seat into our booth. Needs new management. The young man that helped is was very nice. It’s a shame that this locations is so bad.

Coffee was COLD! PLEASE don’t serve cold coffee! I get that when you’re slow you don’t want to make coffee for it to sit there and go to waste, but TRUSTME I’d rather wait and get FRESH coffee then have it COLD! :(

WORSTFOOD I’VEEVEREATEN. DON’T EATHERE. Why am I reviewing a chain? Just a casual warning to those who stumble upon this on Unilocal. No, seriously, don’t submit yourself to this torture. The food was basically inedible from how disgusting it tasted. The eggs in my flat bread sandwich were a disgusting mushy texture. After the second bite I wasn’t even sure what I was eating because it all tasted like greasy mush. My friend ordered some diabolical patty melt concoction and the bread had the same texture as the eggs and tasted ten times worse than my sandwich. You poor poor soul. Also their hash browns were chewy due to the use of an oven instead of a fryer most likely. The coffee is mediocre and is just quick to order. Has a terrible aftertaste to it and I’m not even sure why there are people who rave about it in the first place? It’s quick coffee, that’s it. It could be the location but either way the food here has definitely scared me away from all other locations. Please do yourself a favor and refrain from consuming anything here.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Dunkin’ Donuts but this location ISTERRIBLE. I cannot tell you how many times they got my order wrong and/or they were out of certain items, such as in once instance their new coffee flavorings. Their employees were clearly not trained well and they would also sweep behind the cash register which is right in front of the donuts. Can you imagine resulting unsanitary food covered in dust and dirt? Maybe not dirt but you get what I mean. Sweeping directly around food is never something you want. I gave it so many attempts because coming here was faster than the Starbucks down the street(which always has long lines). After so many times, I’ve given up. I WILLNOTRETURN to this location. Too bad there are not any other location options within Fort Worth, only surrounding areas. Another aspect that cannot be overlooked; for it being a fairly new location this place is pretty dirty. Not apparent before, due to utilizing the drive through. There were always dirty tables, food on the floor, and less than lovely bathrooms. I even wrote an email to inform corporate of this location and their downfalls. Their solution? The manager offered me free food to give them another chance. They did not give any indication that they would fix the issues I brought to their attention. My conclusion, they were trying to appease me with free food. «Eek! Methinks not» indeed.

Waited 30 minutes to get 1 bacon egg and cheese. They were not even busy. Somehow someone deleted my order from their system and they forgot about it. They gave me back a refund and still got the sandwich but seriously. Will not return.

I am surprised that this place is still in business. Maybe because from the drive thru you might not know how filthy it is inside. A recent visit in the afternoon proved very disappointing. They were out of all of their signature doughnuts and what they did have were stale and dry. The staff didn’t seem to care and the dining area looked terrible. No napkins. No pride in their jobs. I miss the old days when Dunkin was open 24 hours and it was always«Time to make the donuts».

Oh Dunkin, what can I very say to hurt you? NOTHING! You are literally my new HERO! I begged and begged for the White Hot Chocolate to come back and guess what happened?! They have the White Hot Chocolate back! Yippee!!! The best I’ve ever had. Also, they have some delicious Blueberry Muffins and they even have lower calorie muffins with the exact same delicious taste with less sugar! Yuuummmm!!! Love love love this location! Thank again Mr. Non-existing Dunkin! You ROCK!

This place is horrible, they can’t get an order right! The last 2 times I had problems with a simple order. My last time there, I had to go up three times to get my order. First time, they forgot, the second time they gave me just the sandwich, so I had to go back a third time to get the hash browns. When I told them about it, they laughed.

No, their semi-stale donuts cannot compare to the hundreds of little non-chain donut shops around Texas, but most people go to Dunkin Donuts for their coffee. However, I did grow up eating Dunkin Donuts and they’re pretty good if you don’t know any better. Also, their blueberry muffins are amazingly delicious(even in comparison to other places). I like this location because they are fast and have a drive thru. Try a turbo shot in your coffee if you need an extra kick.

A. Went here because I haven’t been to one since I had a nanny B. Even shared heartfelt story about how the pink in the logo always makes me think donuts and deserts; to this day I include pink ones in my order C. …Looks/feels/smells like McDonald’s D. But McDonald’s is hella cheaper. I mean seriously, a two donut coffee combo go for over $ 3 here. E. Donuts sucked. Tasted old and soggy and fresh out of that WalMart box. And I got a glazed peanut-dipped one and a coconut chocolate cake. Yeah. I was pretty surprised how bad it could be. F. You’re not given a tray like at donut shop. You eat out of bags, and they’re out of napkins. Like, the employees have to go to the back and you get two carefully counted ones for you guys. G. Didn’t even finish them And H is for I Hate this damn place

When I think of Dunkin’ Donuts, I think of my childhood. I remember being in my Sunday best and getting all that powdered sugar all over my new suit. I was so excited when I found a Dunkin Donuts close to my home. I am sorry to report that I am very disappointed. The donuts are not made in the store, I think they are shipped in from elsewhere. I never seem to get any fresh donuts and they are always out of the ones I love. Their coffee is still as I remember. I don’t make them a part of my daily routine, but I do stop by every once and awhile. The staff is always friendly.
