The management has changed. But I think the donuts are better. The bread inside is very fluffy and soft and I love the texture of the bread. I like that they always throw freebie donut holes. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality of the donuts.

Need to update my review on Eastside Donuts. It has been a while and there have been some changes. To start with they have all new people running the place started about 6 month ago. I was told the original lady left to open a new store. It is too bad she is very nice lady and did a great job. The new staff is getting better but not as friendly. The donuts have changed also they must have different recipes. Or the cook makes the difference. They are still good donuts but not as good as before The apple fritter my favorite is lighter in weight more air less apples. The glazed donuts are still real good. But I like the other cook better. And the sausage rolls and crescent rolls are very good but a slight difference. I still like Eastside Donuts but I will need to get use to the changes. And I wish that they would not have changed.

We’ve been regulars at Eastchase Donuts for years and years since we moved into the neighborhood. They have a great selection and some of the best donuts in the area. The service has always been great until lately. Apparently the lady that owns /runs the place is opening another location and this location is suffering because the staff running the place does not give near the service that she does. This place should be 5 stars but I’m having to lower to 4(which is still pretty darn good) Please come back we miss you or at least let us know where your new location is.

Yum. Stopped by and tried the donut holes… like little puffs of air. So good and worth the stop. We’ll be back

I consider myself a doughnut aficionado and think these to be in the top five in the metroplex. Specifically the traditional glazed. Blanket o pigs are very good also. Owners are very nice people.

The owner is so kind and generous! I try to get a dozen every two weeks for my bi-weekly meeting! The donuts, other pastries, and coffee are always fresh and the place is super clean!

First stop on what I like to call the bi-monthly donut trek. The donut trek basically entails me going on a trek to eat donuts. Self-explanatory. It is a good way to expand your Unilocal horizons while also seeing how a simple, standardized product can be improved on or how quality can be all over the place. I got a few holes tossed into my order, and that is a major plus when you hit up the local donut shops. Brownie points… now if only there is a brownie to be offered at this establishment. My apple fritter was still warm – superb, really. They provide a really good soft donut texture here. Eastchase Donuts cranks out some solid pieces of oddly shaped fried dough, cooked in some major chemical-laden fat(I assume as much). Stop on your way into town off of I-30 or something.

I agree, the lady at the counter is so nice. I don’t eat donuts often but This is my place when I do. Raspberry filled, apple fritter, chocolate iced donut holes., they have everything and it’s good. Some donut places have a funny taste due to the oil they fry in but these taste great. I indulge here every once in awhile :)
