Thank god for edohanas speedy service and good food! I originally ordered dinner from Bravo! with extremely unsatisfied result(to put lightly: I didn’t get my order since they ran out and didn’t bother to notify me until I got there; no phone call, nothing!). I called in an order here since this restaurant is very close by and received it as soon as I arrived! Thank god! I was getting so hangry!

I’m not a malicious person, and I typically don’t slam businesses based on one experience, however the roll they served me(anaconda) was so atrocious that I feel like it is my public duty to warn everybody that it is awful, crappy, cheap sushi. If I could give them a zero I would.

I usually go to the other location on 820 but I have been here several times as well. This location is much smaller as it’s just sushi and not hibachi. Both locations have good sushi– standard rolls in my opinion but good. You won’t find anything too creative if that is what you are looking for. My personal favorite is the Edohana roll– it has lots of fresh fish! The waitstaff and sushi chefs are very friendly here and it’s clean. I’ve also gotten takeout from this location which was great!

I ordered a mason ha-ha roll, Joey’s roll, and sashimi heaven. It was yummy and sashimi was excellent! It was fresh and the chef gave me extra pieces! I love this place!!!

The Sushi was super great. What was even more incredible that I don’t experience very often was their top notch service & friendly staff. Friendliest place in Fort Worth :)

I took a chance and ordered the sashimi sampler. I was completely blown away. The fish was so tender and fresh. Nothing like the sushi or sashimi found in the grocery stores. My friend had the noodles and shrimp. This is the first time the veggies and noodles were served am dente. So much healthier when all the nutrients are still intact. To finish off dinner we decided to split a dessert. It was coconut sweetened rice with lung beans and mango. This fish is served hot and was simply to die for. I will certainly come back the next time I travel to ft worth

This sushi is grosser than grocery store sushi. Every roll I tried had this chemical-y taste and the salmon skin roll had a texture that made me wanna vom. But maybe that’s my fault for ordering a salmon skin roll.

In my opinion Edohana has the best sushi in Fort Worth. My favorite roll is the«red roll». They offer a wide range of sushi rolls and other entrees for those who don’t like sushi. The reason I give 4 stars is because they don’t offer any food on their happy hour menu like blue sushi or kona grill does. The bill is always a little more than I expected or wanted to spend. With that being said, I’d give the food 5 stars because I’ve liked everything I’ve ordered so far. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The Craving Roll may be that best roll I’ve ever had. Flat out incredible. I’m new to Ft. Worth, but this is the best sushi I’ve had so far. I will continue to come here.

My boyfriend and I came here for lunch today and they have come leaps and bounds with their new renovations. The staff is so friendly and the food is great. They have awesome lunch and happy hour specials. We decided on the St. Patrick specialty roll since we’ll be celebrating the holiday this weekend and we were just in that kind of mood. It was different but we really enjoyed the caramelized wasabi sauce it came with. Along with that we got two miso soups, a spicy tuna roll, white tuna sashimi, and yellowtail sashimi. The lunch special today was that all the sashimi was buy one get one free so we got two orders of each type of fish listed above. Everything was great except for the fact that it was a little busy and they brought us out someone else’s roll instead of our St. Patricks roll on accident, and then they got our sashimi order wrong. They gave us salmon and yellowtail instead of yellowtail and white tuna. They quickly corrected the problem and everything was great. P. S. The white tuna was to die for! They served it with some roasted garlic on top which tasted amazing… a must try!

I’m picky when it comes to my sushi joints. Or maybe I’m just cheap. If it doesn’t have a regular happy hour, I’m already feeling sad. I wasn’t starving when I came here for dinner, so I just got two hand rolls, one tuna and one salmon. The waiter asked if I wanted to dress it up with cucumber and avocado, and I said yes, but when they came out they only had added cucumber. I decided I didn’t care enough to point it out, since we were kind of in a hurry. The tuna was just okay, honestly. I am, however, a sucker for good salmon, and the salmon was just that — good, buttery, delicious. However, the hand rolls were $ 6 a piece — what?! It seemed a little steep to me. Maybe I’ve just been lucky in the past, but hand rolls typically drop in price about $ 2 in relation to their«roll», if that makes sense. It’s less food but still tasty, so hand rolls are typically my go to if I don’t want to commit to an entire sushi roll. So, the fact that the two were the same price kind of baffled me. All in all, not bad, but I felt like I could have gotten more food for far less $$$ by going anywhere else with a happy hour.

Talk about good service. The staff is super friendly, and accommodating. Over the last five years, there have been some changes so we stopped going for a bit. Now it’s back to it’s previous glory, and I am so happy. The prices are higher than their sister habachi restaurant, but not having to deal with rude kids, makes the marginal benefit much more than the marginal cost. We’ve only just started going again, so only 2 visits in the last couple of months but the manager or owner brought my kid an orange transformed into Mickey Mouse. I wish other places could go learn from this group! Even if the food sucked, I’d still be writing a nice review strictly because of the service.

This has to be our go-to spot when we’re craving sushi — Edohana never disappoints. It’s a small and intimate joint that is so perfect for a nice date night — maybe even a late one? On a Thursday night after 9PM? When they have happy hour specials until midnight? Ummm… yes! I usually go for the classics — spicy tuna, veggie, spicy salmon — but in a handroll so I can pick it up and eat it like a taco. And of course, if you are a fried shrimp head fan, order the sweet shrimp. You won’t be disappointed.

On vacation visiting a friend in Fort Worth, I stumbled across this sushi place because of its close proximity to where I’m staying. I love sushi and frequently have it so I had to try a place out here. I was not disappointed! It’s a small restaurant located in a strip mall. The interior is very nice and clean. I sat at the bar and I was excited to see all the options of rolls on the menu, plus there are chefs specials written on the chalk board behind the bar. The Pink Panther caught my eye! It was very delicious. If you enjoy fresh salmon in your roll, than I highly recommend it. I also had a seaweed salad to go with it. Although I wish I could try every single roll on the menu, I was very happy with my decision. The chef was very sweet and made me a sample of the«cutie» which was spicy crabmeat wrapped in cucumber. It was amazing! Next time I come to visit I will make it a point to come again. Their customer service was impeccable. Everything well worth the price.

OMG, I absolutely love sushi and this place has WONDERS! The place looks soooo nice after being newly renovated. They have special deals everyday of the week ! Can’t forget about HAPPYHOUR on Thursday nights at 9pm. I got a Cali roll for only $ 3 !! The food comes out super fast and always fresh. LOVE the customer service. ^.^ Everyone is so nice and my drinks are always refilled without having to ask. If you love sushi, I highly recommend this place! Came here a few days ago and they have NEWROLLS !! Definitely will be coming back for the«Lady Bug Roll» and the«Yummy Roll». SOOOOGOOD !!! I never like fried rolls but the«Yummy Roll» was just absolutely delicious! It has a nice crunch on the outside with its wonton skin and has shrimp tempura, cream cheese, with snowcrab mix. YUMM! Will be returning(:

Possibly my most favorite sushi bar to date. The exterior of an all to common strip mall cloaks a clean, modern interior. The hip atmosphere is accentuated by an eclectic, yet appreciated soundtrack of 90s dance hits. They have great rotating drink specials weekly and an interesting cockade selection. Of course, my favorite part is the sushi! The rolls are much of the same you can find anywhere else(with a few exceptions); however they are prepared to perfection. All ingredients are very fresh. The veggies are crisp, the fish is clean and delicious, and the rolls are prepared in perfect proportion so that no one ingredient overpowers the others. Sauces are used sparingly to highlight the dish. To top it all off, the rolls are reasonably priced and many are actually $ 1 – 2 cheaper than most other places. The servers furthers the experience by being very attentive and polite. Overall this is a fantastic little sushi dive and I only wish I had tried it sooner!

Edohana provides Waffle House sushi at IHOP prices. But you probably know strip mall sushi is pretty hit or miss in the Lone Star State. There are places, like Little Lilly on Camp Bowie, that are true gems with a LA or NYC quality meal. On the flip side, there are restaurants that seem to just be cashing in on a fashionable craze to make a quick buck. This shop seems to be more on the quick buck side IMHO. Well-meaning, highly attentive service(close to being too much) was the highlight of the night. That said, The fish was a bit rough taste and texture-wise. I would not recommend the shrimp sushi in particular as it seemed less than fresh. I would recommend the yellow tail if you end up here as the flavor was solidly average. The philosophy of management is seemingly based on attracting price-conscious customers with meh deals. I was bombarded by a manager with unsolicited specials at other meal times repeatedly throughout the Saturday night dinner. While this strategy has some decent logic behind it, I doubt I will come back if the food quality does not improve. Great service cannot make up for lackluster, cheap-tasting sushi. Skip this place for now and save your hard-earned dollars for a better taste experience elsewhere.

I went here for a post-test grub session and it was pretty darn good! I got the Bento 3 box with the bulgogi beef. I really liked the flavor and tenderness of the beef and the tempura was nice and crispy. This meal was definitely filling and I was starving when I walked in! It’s a lunch deal. More than the food, I absolutely loved the service we received. Our waitress was very sweet and gave us just the right amount of attention and was extremely oriented. You don’t get service like that from larger restaurants for sure. I’d definitely recommend checking this place out! Quick and good service + yummy food :)

This place is better than Blue Sushi. It may not be decorated as nicely as Blue, but their sushi is much better. I’ve dined in & ordered take out. I’ve had their sashimi & it’s always fresh & made well. When I ordered take out my order was ready in 10min. I ordered the bento box & it was more food than I expected. I really recommend their bento boxes. It’s a great deal. I wouldn’t really recommend this place if you’re looking to have a romantic date night at a sushi place though since it’s somewhat old. They don’t seem to try too hard in making the place look too nice. I’d really just recommend this place if you’re in the mood for some good sushi & want a more casual place to eat out at.
