Flute Sleuth Heidi S.
Business Owner
Heidi says, «I love music and I love sharing it with others. Music is fun, educational, and inspirational, and my love for it is contagious. I’ve spent most of my life learning as much as I could as fast as I could about music and the flute.
I am a teacher at heart! I have taught music lessons since the early 1980’s. Many of my students have achieved Superior ratings in music competitions and my adult flute choir traveled from Albuquerque, NM to Las Vegas, NV to perform in the National Flute Association’s Annual Convention.
I think of myself as a professional teacher. Even after 30 years, I still enjoy the excitement and challenge new students bring. I love to inspire. My students and their parents say I have unlimited patience. I am very flexible in my teaching style and cater to the needs of my students, even writing arrangements for them of songs they want to play.»
