Furniture Mart

This place is horrible. My husband and I walked in excited to know they sell new mattresses and box spring sets for $ 129. When we get in, we start looking around and find the set we want.
Then the manager comes and we let him know we will take the set. He says okay and tells us to write our name on the plastic covering so I can ensure I get the one I want. He mentioned in the past people have complained they did not receive the set they wanted. That should have raised a red flag there.
We bought the set and he said he would deliver on Monday.
Monday comes and we get a call at 12pm stating they are on the way and will be here in 30 minutes. I am in Euless btw. At 2pm I call to see where my set is and he states the driver forgot to deliver it and it will be another 45 minutes.
Finally the man arrives (and can hardly speak English btw) at 3pm. Not only was he late, he delivered the wrong one! He then proceeded to say the one he brought is better quality then the one I purchased. He also mentioned their policy of No Returns. So in the end, I got a product I did not buy.
I’ll never go here again.
