My only experience with Gateway Park is Fort Woof. I love Fort Woof. Therefore… I guess I love Gateway Park. …Woof. I mean Meow.

Great park take my dog here all the time. All the dogs are friendly and the people there are very friendly as well. Met a lot of people here that are from different parts of dfw both near and far. This park is simply amazing that people from deep in Dallas bring their dogs over here! You won’t be disappointed and your furry friend will have lots of fun!

I play soccer here and the fields are decent. You can only bring water on the premises. They are trying to keep it clean And don’t want a mess. I don’t love turf fields but these are ok.

Great place to take your pooch … Plenty of people and their dog. Socialization is easy here you may occasionally get giant dogs but big enough it’s no worry. Has dog obstacle course and a few benches to sit on.

Annual Barktoberfest for the dogs. This was a good event with entertainment, booths and lots of free treats for the doggies. I give the park 5 stars for being on the best parks for dogs in the metroplex. My mini pit, «Dobby» just loves being with the other dogs and having the space to run all over the place. We enjoy the training equipment too. Lots of exercise for us our dog.
