Choose another agent!!! My monthly premium had been raised from $ 160 to $ 300 and I contacted the office to find out why. One of my vehicles was twice as much as the others. Over a 5 month period, I emailed and spoke with the agent several times and he said that he was still checking into it. I finally decided to change agents since nothing was getting done. After going with a new agent, Frankie Robbins, I called their office and asked them if they could find out why my rate had been raised. Their office said they would look into it and call me back. Within 15 minutes, their office called me back and said that the vehicle in question was not receiving the multi-​car discount and homeowners discount which was what was making the rate higher. HELLO!!! Why did it take over 5 months for the other office, Jerry Britow’s, to not see this and take it off. PURE LAZINESS!!! Would love to have the overpayments back!!!
