Our family loves Jimmy John’s. We’ve been to this location a number of times, admittedly never during a weekday lunch, and we’ve never been disappointed. It’s always been fast and our order has been exactly as ordered. We haven’t ever had delivery. I do find this location tricky to get in and out. If you haven’t been to Jimmy John’s, this is a cold sandwich shop. They slice all their meats in house. Their sides are chips and/or pickle wedges. It’s a simple, but delicious menu.

Sandwiches are good and delivered fast, but orders are frequently messed up. Way to pricey for what you get. Sandwich is not even a foot long, plus a pickle you are looking $ 9.50 delivered without drink or tip.

So this place is rather upsetting you can’t build your own and on top of that they charge 1.75 for each extra meat I will surly never eat here again

Jimmy Johns as a chain utilizes the angle that they can get you the food the fastest. There is a price to pay for fast food. The«gourmet» they use in their slogans is a complete and utter farce. It’s a god damn sub with pre-shredded lettuce and pre-wrapped meats that has the taste of cardboard. To add insult to injury the ask if you’d like cheese with that and charge and addition .75 to .99 for two slices of cheese. I tried to order a sandwich to my hotel room and they said that I was out of their range. I informed them that I was literally 1.7 miles away and that was out of their range? Yup!!! I then informed them that they are on the hotel menu as places that delivered. Nope! I then went to the front desk and asked the staff about it. They informed me that they had a delivery contract with them and after she called and spoke to the manager they said yes they would bring me an order. The order was one sandwich, one cookie and a pop… $ 15.00 plus tip for the driver!!! I regard this particular restaurant and the chain as a whole as a complete fault to deliver a solid product for the price point! This place gets two thumbs down!!! Two Thumbs Down

I love Jimmy Johns. They slice the meat in-house every day and bake the bread every morning. You can’t find that kind of freshness at most sandwich shops anymore. However, this is by far the slowest Jimmy Johns I have ever visited. I live right down the street so I was excited to have it near by but if you walk in to order a sandwich, they take entirely too long. Also, the people that work there don’t give a shit about the product or providing pleasant service. They slap the sandwiches together, slowly, and don’t put any effort into making the sandwich with any quality whatsoever. I have decided I will not visit this location anymore. My sandwiches have been made wrong numerous times and I can’t really trust them to deliver the correct sandwich either. I don’t want to give the ownership or management at this location any more support. I post this review as a former employee of a different Jimmy Johns location. I love the place. I just can’t waste my money at this location any longer.

This is a fun place to go but not a fan of the cold sandwich. Something I can very easily make at home. The pickle thought that came with the sandwich was good. Staff was fun and greeted everyone so energetically… just makes you feel so special! lol

Get the peppers with your sandwich. There isn’t anything to complain but I don’t really think it’s above average. I asked for the no-bread option and I would recommend it for allergy needs and convenience.

So, first off the sandwich was good BUT what a bunch of dizzy bimbos. Here’s my complicated order: Turkey sandwich with bacon, lettuce, and tomato, dry! I ordered a slim to modify it, so bimbo number one started arguing with me that it’s not a turkey slim. I told her that I don’t care what it’s called. So she persisted that I do not call it turkey slim. I wasn’t sure what to say cause she was being dumb. She persistently told me what it would be called and what number it is. I really wanted to yank her teenage butt across the counter but I didn’t wanna go to jail on my lunch break. Yesterday the same bimbo messed my sandwich up but that’s a different story. If there would be another sandwich place close by I would never come back here. Three teenagers kept on chiming in what the fucking sandwich is called. Ideally don’t look like I give a rats ass… So besides the annoying teenage bimbos it’s «aight».

Way too much mayo geez. Typical fast casual jimmy johns sandwich shop. Staff was great and friendly. Cashier was semi attractive but impatient while ordering, since I don’t eat at jimmy johns. I am not versed in their menus and nuances. Not a lot of meat on my sandwich.

I got a very serious case of food poisoning here. I’ve been recovering for more than 2 weeks now. The food is good, but obviously not worth getting sick

Best veggie subs, super clean and enough people working. Always enjoy this place. It’s a favorite. Good fresh veggies, veggie 8″ sub only 4.75! And that is all their subs that size. Recommend. –they don’t toast bread –only meat cooked is the bacon –sides are chips or cookie –fast service

I love Jimmy Johns, but this place stinks at delivery. Their«freaky fast» was 55 minutes, and my apartment is about a mile away. I called after 30 minutes, and they said it would be a couple more minutes. Disappointed, but because I love their food, I’ll be back.

I have been here about 4 times and I never have a complaint! They are fast, efficient and maybe most importantly accurate and fresh. I usually go at dinner time when it isn’t horribly busy but today I was in a hurry and decided what the heck. The parking lot is small and during the 12:00 hour it is a bit insane, however second time around I found a spot with no problem. Even with the busy lunch crowd I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I also enjoy this location because every time I go there the workers are friendly and have a smile on their face. I think it is safe to say it is my favorite sub place.

Love Jimmy Johns sandwiches. This location is great they deliver and every time I go in I get freaky fast service. The only sad thing is there is no drive through. You can’t go wrong with your order all the sandwiches are good and you can get them in a wrap.

I love that they deliver and they deliver pretty quickly. I work in the area and this is one of my go to’s when I don’t feel like leaving the office. Online ordering is super easy and they have great bread. They definitely have competition from jersey mikes which has taken over a bit for me but I do like the avocado on my sandwich something that jersey mikes doesn’t offer. I’m more like to order delivery from here though.

Want fast friendly service? It’s fast but it’s rude. Don’t bother asking for a drink lid or having your order gotten correct. Thanks JJ’s we’ll be a jersey Mike’s family from now on.

This place is the best Jimmy John’s location. Everyone is really friendly and fun, and their service is spot on. Plenty of seating, indoors and out, and… The. Food. Is. Delicious. Consistently and across different menu items. I kinda wondered… maybe I shouldn’t be inviting y’all to come eat here because then there would just be too many people who know it’s fantastic, and the secret would be out… but I’m a nice person, so you can come too. Jimmy John’s is great already because the food takes simple ingredients and is a substantial meal yet pretty healthy and with bun-free options too. Also, it’s a better sandwich than I could ever make. It will haunt your dreams… so come visit thos location because it’s my favorite of the metroplex!

I love me some Jimmy John’s! I stopped at this location after a Rangers game on a recent visit and was not disappointed, a freshly made yummy sandwich that met all my expectations.
