Had the fried chicken salad with Caesar dressing. It was excellent and the staff was a riot. We had four meals of various salads and they were al good and prices nicely.

The owner is SOOO creepy! I thought maybe he just worked there & was hoping he no longer did… Think again! I would like to get my food without being groped!!! He has no couth… hence all the terrible reviews solely related to his poor etiquette.

The best place to grab a slice of pizza in white settlement! Other food is good too, especially whatever their house salad dressing is. It’s to die for! The only complaint is that service is almost a little rude, like we’re putting them out. The owner /manager is a great guy, always laughs and talks with us, really pleasant.

I can honestly say I have frequented five different Joe’s Pizza and Pastas and this is by far my least favorite, which is disappointing since it is the closest to home. The food is great including the four cheese ravioli, the pizza, lasagna, and chicken Parma The part that is so off putting is the owner. He is flat out rude and sits at the front all the time I the same guido sopranos outfit mumbling at the waitstaff and telling people as they walk in «sit wherever!» I understand it is his store and he can run it the way he likes, but honestly I am not the only customer who finds it off putting. His waitstaff is always very sweet and I always hope it is one of them that comes by rather than him to take our order because well he is just rude, abrupt and has no sense of customer service. I guarantee if this guy would get an office in the back and be seen and heard less the place would really be popular.

This place is mediocre at best. I had the fettuccine Alfredo. Nothing special. There was no seasoning. I tasted the Stromboli(someone else at my table got it) the sausage was far to peppered. It killed the dish. I would not recommend this place.

Let me start by saying that the food here is pretty decent. We had, up until the point I’ll discuss below, eaten here many a time. Never really a complaint with the food and I adore(d) their white pizza with garlic! My fiancé always went for the chicken alfredo(which comes with crispy chicken, not grilled, fyi) and loves it. The salads that come with the dinners/lunches is fairly typical. I do enjoy their tomato house dressing. And I like their take on the garlic bread. However! I do have to agree with the few below who mentioned the awful owner. I had been in before and never experienced his attitude first hand, though I’d heard him be downright awful to people on the phone. I guess that should have been a forewarning. Then one night I went in for the normal to-go order and I asked for a Dr. Pepper while I waited. He took my order and the waitress, who was SUPER nice, went over to make it. She turned to me and verified what I wanted and I repeated a Dr. Pepper. At that point, the owner, who was still ringing me up, said(loudly enough for both her and the other patrons to hear) «That should be a DIET Dr. Pepper.» I was taken aback and went to sit down to wait for my order and drink. The waitress brought it to me, sat it in front of me, and whispered«I’m so sorry.» Whether he felt I needed a diet drink or not, I was(until that point) a loyal customer and he could have kept his opinion to himself. It seems to me that it shouldn’t really matter what a customer looks like, as long as they’re spending money in your establishment. Embarassing someone certainly isn’t the way to ensure they come back. And we haven’t, since then. It was just unnecessary and rude. Also, his wife comes in and brings in their little dog and lets it run around all over the place, which probably would be frowned upon by the health department. So. Decent pasta, good pizza, but a pretty awful owner! I guess it just depends on how much priority a person puts on customer service as to whether or not they want to eat here.

The stromboli can be shared its so large! Very filling, crispy top crust, stuffed with fresh yummyness! My family loves getting 4 then we have a second meal the next day! Nice waitresses, clean restaurant and you get a full tummy fast!

We went there this past Thursday. As we were brought our drinks, my aunt looked over and there was a roach crawling on the table top next to us. We told the waitress to cancel our order as we had already placed one. The staff was friendly. However, the owner/manager might want to get better pest control. Probably will not be visiting here again.

The place is fast and convinient. They have great specials for lunch, meal and a salad for $ 7. The food itself is good, you get what you pay for

Food, meh… The owner, a jerk. If you want some good cheap pizza, there are ton of places other than this place. When the original owners had this place, it stayed packed. Now, not so much. The owner ruins the experience. I do not and will not support a business ran by a sexist pig who hits on all the ladies. It was creepy to watch, but there are still guys like this. You’ve been warned!

Outstanding Italian food for a great price! We love the chicken parmigiana, which comes with a large salad, spaghetti, and garlic bread; easily feeds two adults; & is only $ 11. My wife & I will often split it. Kids love their pizza. We like to call the order in and do carry-out. They’d usually have it all ready in 15 minutes. Great for a date night at home. This is my wife’s favorite local place to eat. Comments about service are somewhat accurate, but it doesn’t deter us from getting great food at a good price.

I refuse to ever give any money to this place again. Food is good but service is absolutely terrible. The servers are actually pretty nice but the owner is a complete a-hole for lack of better word. There were 3 different instances of my friends, family and myself being treated disrespectfully by this guy. I have many friends in the food industry(one of whom was with me for one of the incidents) and I am always very mindful of all of the work that goes into being a server, that being said I also know good(or in this case TERRIBLE) service when I see it. Since it was coming straight from the owner I REFUSE to give this place any more second chances. They lost a good and loyal costumer(4+ years) and I hope they continue to lose costumers so they can clean up their act!

I’ve tried many of the«Joe’s Pizzas» in the area. This is the best location. It’s about a 20-minute drive from my house(I actually drive past the Lakeside Joes; not a fan) and it’s worth it every-time. I judge a pizza place by its pepperoni pizza and this one satisfies. Now to be fair for those who read my reviews… it’s not as good as my beloved Grimaldi’s. But I wanted to rate this location based on its own merits. Grimaldi’s is on a scale of its own. But if you want a good New York style pizza then this Joes is your place. By the way, the server with the blonde hair(I’ll update her name next time I’m in) is one of the best things about this place. Get your mind out of the gutter. What I mean is that she makes my family feel welcomed and we just love her bubbly personality.

Good Italian food is darn tough to find around here. After reading a few good reviews I decided to give Joe’s a try. I stopped in for lunch and was less than impressed. Our server looked to be either the manager or owner as he was sitting at a table in the middle of things with his papers and stuff spread out. I felt like we were interrupting since we were the only ones in the place. That alone should have been a warning to me. I had one of the lunch specials that came with a salad. The salad arrived with the wrong dressing but after seeing the condition of the greens, I didn’t even bother to ask for a new salad. I just closed my eyes and hoped for the best with the entrée. The pasta would have been average but it was swimming in water. Seriously, and this goes for ANY place that serves pasta, is it really that much to expect that pasta be thoroughly drained before plating? Anyway… the sauce was bland and, combined with the residual water in my pasta, made for a pretty poor entrée. Maybe I should have had pizza…

I never had the pizza but I had the pasta. It was very bland. No seasoning whatsoever. The house salad was pretty average. Where they really lack is on service. Subpar would be a compliment.

I had the pizza and its a good above average pizza. The salad, the garlic bread and the pizza was fresh. I definitely would go back. The owner doesn’t say much but is friendly. The wait staff are very nice and seem to take their job seriously. The inside looks a little old but it doesn’t represent the food. Check it out the price is right and they are family friendly.

yeah, a good place no doubt. It’s hard finding a good, quality, nicely-priced Italian restaurant around here. But I believe I may have found one. Actually, my friend found it and recommended it to me. It’s a simple place, but simple can be good. They just make good food, plain and simple. A friend and I came in the other day to have dinner. Since few people were there, we just sat ourselves. As the name of the place indicates, they make a number of pasta dishes and pizza(either by slice or three sizes of whole). I ordered chicken marsala with spaghetti, my friend ordered the fettuccine alfredo with crispy chicken(sounds a little strange, but it was good!). The chicken marsala was simple but very well done; the sauce was flavorful and wasn’t overwhelmingly heavy. The chicken was perfectly cooked and lean. My friend’s fettuccine was also good. My gripe about alfredo sauce is that it’s usually super cheesy and rich that I’m normally full and groggy halfway through. However, the sauce was nice and subtle. The«crispy chicken» was the most interesting part of the dish; it was done«katsu-style»: thin, sliced, tender inside while crispy outside. Interesting but still very good and memorable. The food came fast and the wait staff was efficient and friendly enough. Oh yeah, the food is really reasonably priced too – our pasta dishes were $ 8.25 each(and came with a salad and bread). I recommend the place if you just want some good, fast-but-still-sit-down, casual Italian food to enjoy with a few friends. I’ll be back. yessir.

Quick lunch between appointments, quick review. 4 stars because the prices are very reasonable. Had the lunch special Lasagna, including garlic bread & salad. All for $ 5.50. Basic iceberg lettuce is just a dressing delivery system, but chilled & fresh. Noodles were baked in one of those«careful, the plate is hot,» metal casserole dishes. Good basic fare, served quickly. In & out in less than 30 minutes.
