History

Established in 2010.

Established in Fort Worth, TX in 2010, we were the sole supplier of beautiful Bistro cakes for our favorite local coffee shop, Avoca Coffee.

Since that time, we’ve traveled, gone on hiatus and learned a lot about where to plant our roots. Fort Worth will always be home and we are glad to be back!

Le Chat Noir — Cupcake Bordello and Bakery takes it’s name from the infamous Le Chat Noir of 19^th century France, the first Cabaret!

Famous for it’s burlesque and variety shows featuring beautiful women, and catering to the most famous artists, poets, and musicians of the time, Rodolphe Salis’s, Le Chat Noir, has secured its place in history as «…the most extraordinary cabaret in the world.»

In that same tradition, and with a new twist, Le Chat Noir — Cupcake Bordello and Bakery, provides you with the most lucious ‘girls’, beautifully presented in silky butter and whipped creams, made with the finest and most decadent ingredients.

These ‘fancy ladies’ are well beyond ordinary.

I am a life-​long foodie and self-​taught pastry chef with a background in Interior Design. I am very lucky to be able to combine my love of design and dessert into one profession, to create truly remarkable flavor combinations and aesthetically appealing products for my customers.
