I dropped of my watch to get the band replaced. Seeing he said it would take a week to order and install I was fine with that. Numerous times the wrong band was ordered. Finally I gave him one last chance and asked to order a band right from Tag Huer, he said he would. After waiting another month I went back to get my watch, it had some off brand band with holes for a watch with a hook and pin band. I will never be back here, gave the store 2 months to get it right and in the end it was a mess.

I took a watch here to get a new battery. The owner gave me a price of $ 30 with a 5 year warranty. When I returned 20 minutes later he told me that the battery in the watch was one of his and it was covered by the warranty. No charge. He was an honest business man. He could have charged me and I wouldn’t have remembered that the battery was warrantied.

I dropped off a watch on April 1st. 2 weeks later, when I went to pick it up, it could not be found. It is now almost 2 months later and the watch has not been found, the staff has made no effort to compensate me (I suspect they do not have insurance) and the manager shouted at me when I tried to reason with him.
I’d sooner take a hammer to a watch than bring it here. This store is horrible.
