This is a clean truck stop. At least when I come. The coffee station is well stocked and in the morning rush, most of the patrons pick up after themselves. The lines at the register get a bit long sometimes before they have another cashier jump on to help. There is parking for just tractors and there are scales. They have a game room, sitting area for drivers that is separate from the McDonalds that also has plenty of sitting.

It’s a clean truck stop. Idle aire. I’m not a fan of the angled parking. No matter what time you get here it’s busy.

Since I’m waiting on those fresh Cinnabons with 10 minutes left on their timer, I figure this would be a good time to throw out a quick review: I don’t frequent truck stops too terribly often, but I feel pretty confident that this Pilot store is above average on the truck stop/travel center scale. It’s clean(even the bathrooms are decent), it has a Mc Donald’s, several free WIFI hotspots to choose from(I’m guessing the selection also helps with the speed as well!), which I’m currently taking advantage of to write this review. This location is quite large but not as huge as a few others I’ve seen. However, they seem very well stocked and implement the space well, for both truckers and four wheelers alike. They do offer showers and full amenities, & I’m pretty sure for females as well. My only criticism is the prices. Although not hugely inflated, most of their items seem a bit overpriced here, especially electronics and accessories. For instance, I looked up a portable device here and compared it with Target, and the difference was substantial. I suppose you pay for convenience as well… I’d definitely recommend this location for both types of patrons(truckers, road-trippers), whether you’re here for a race, a curious local, or just passing through via I-35, this Pilot is worth the stop! This Pilot also houses the following: — Mc Donald’s(complete with their own lobby). — Subway counter(no lobby/seating area there) — CINNABON! A new feature that debuted at this location six or nine months ago. — Basic truck stop essentials for parts, hygiene, fueling, sleeping, etc. — IHOP is next door. *Just a side note: I can’t be certain, but their shower amenities seem to cycle through the waits very quickly. A plus for the truckers out there. Also, judging from the rest of the store, I dare say they are probably cleaned regularly too. ** The Cinnabon was AWESOME, btw! Well worth the wait! ** Safe Journeys! :)

The parking lot was big, the work staff at the fuel desk was very nice. The showers were clean with great hot water, and short waiting times. The coffee was good. However, it takes a short excursion to get back to I-35W so I give it four stars

Very large and clean, has both a Subway and McDonalds inside, auto-diesel pumps plus a huge truck fueling side. Restrooms are very clean. Access into this Pilot is a snap from 35, but getting back on is almost a 2 mile loop. Would be 5 stars if not for the excursion to get back on 35W and because last time I needed to fuel with the semi trucks, the line was over an hour.

This is a great place to stop and pick up some stay awake items. They generally have clean facilities which is always a big plus
