Got these people from a Rooms To Go Outlet. We had the same horrible experience as everyone else. We even got the same excuses for being 3 hours late. Trust… use another company.

Was on list of movers provided by Rooms to Go Outlet. Made arrangements for delivery. No show all day phone went straight to mail which was full. At the end of day finally answered the phone and informed me he was out of state and his truck was broken anyway. He said he couldn’t call me because he did not have my paperwork. Of course he knew the store number and he could have relayed a message to me. Curtis said the paperwork was in the truck and lead me to believe my furniture was on the truck. It wasn’t. It will be much longer before the new service can deliver. Meanwhile I am sitting on the floor and out even more wait time.
He could have arranged to notify me. DO NOT USE «Reliable Movers» because they are UNRELIABLE.
