Looveee it! Before meeting Salata I always was apprehensive of ordering a salad because there is always something I wanna take out and add instead. Salata offers a wide range of lettuces, veggies, protein option(vegan too), breads and house fresh dressings. Plus you could make wrap out of it if you are like super hungry. The soups are great too! During the winters the tomato basil is my favorite. The staff is super friendly. The rush hour is Tuesdays to Thursday between 12noon and 1:30pm so I you are in mood for Salata try the online order. That’s faster and easier.

Great food, fresh and yummy. However, so busy at lunch filling internet orders that I recommend you visit only when you have time on your hands.

Fresh delicious ingredients to build the ultimate salad or wrap. BUT, always a long line! Expect to wait. And a little pricey once you add a meat and other add ons.

We had a great experience at this Salata location. We were looking for a quick place to pick up dinner in Fort Worth, close to the Amtrak station, since we only had an hour before our train was set to leave. Salata’s set up is different from other salad shops I’ve visited – instead of a menu of salads to choose from for an employee to make, or a salad bar where you make your own, it’s a combination. You start at one end of the counter by selecting your lettuce(and letting them know whether you want a salad or a wrap). Then you pick vegetables, toppings, proteins, and dressings as you go down the line, with the employee adding ingredients to the bowl as you pick them. They have such great options! Almost too many. And it’s a set price for a wrap or a salad(plus small price increases for proteins and certain additions) so it’s not like you’re raising the price with every topping you add(they don’t weigh the salad or anything like that). I added salmon to my salad and my boyfriend added shrimp, and both proteins were fresh and delicious. We both turned our salads into wraps, and they were served with pita chips(salads in bowls are served with bread). One huge wrap with salmon and pita chips is a very reasonable $ 10. And they were absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for a quick, healthy meal.

Interesting menu if you like regular lettuce salad. I asked for eat in, was given take out. Oh well… Not enough dressing for my taste; will remember if I choose to return. Overall, 3 stars.

This place is great, especially if you’re looking to please a lot of people and have healthy options. They have a huge variety of vegetables and proteins, but they also have treats. Ordering online is easy and convenient, it would make it better though if they had delivery!

Went here for lunch with a friend and I honestly have nothing but good things to say about this establishment. The salads are fresh and they have a variety of veggies/meats to choose from. The staff was very nice and even charged my iPhone for me in the back! It was completely dead and you know a girl can’t be without her phone. I will definitely be back here for more yummy salad. My salad came out to be around $ 12 and it was worth every penny!

Love the ability to customize my fresh salad. I came once before and thought it was just OK. Today I tried a salmon and crab salad atop a spring mix with spicy chipolte dressing and quickly discovered why my coworkers love this place. In a nutshell, find the mix that works for you and you will truly enjoy.

This place is really good. It is like subway, except its salad and wraps. Its a little pricey but i will say the food is fresh. On a weekday afternoon, this place is PACKED! This is because it is located downtown in an area higjly populated during working hours. Parking is as challenging as the rest of dfw but i cant fault them for that as it isnt their fault. I have already recommended salata to several people.

The good… Fresh ingredients. With a few exceptions, your salad ingredients are all included. There are a lot of good ingredients to choose from. The bad… It’s super packed at lunch. Sometimes the line goes fast, other times, not so fast. The ingredients never change. Same stuff all the time. Overpriced. Not a lot of places to sit if you’re dining in.

The salads here taste great! Everything is fresh and the chicken and bread are good too! I also lilove the tomato basil soup with the pesto chicken! Only bad thing is that it’s really pricey and good luck on getting someone that speaks English to take your order. They understand you when you’re telling them what you want, but if you ask them a question about something, they can’t answer very well in English. They mostly speak Spanish.

Love this place. A salad lovers dream come true. So many options. It’s made to order at the counter as you walk down the row of options. Great sweet treats to go like cookies and mini brownies. LOVE their fresh herb dressing.

The food is good however very overpriced for just lettuce and toppings. Meat/seafood is extra and extra dressing costs too. The service is poor. The ladies preparing the salads were grumpy which really makes a difference because as a customer I don’t want to feel like a burden– especially when I’m paying to eat there! I don’t expect over the top nice smiling faces. I just want to be addressed like a normal human being.

Ok here is the thing. Fresh yes, good yes. My only reason for 2 stars is they are overpriced compared to other places like souper salad or sweet tomatoes where it’s all you can eat with more options and the service is better! No one looks happy to be here. They want to charge you for extra dressing. They only give a pinch of the items you want on your salad. If I order a small salad that is half the size its only $ 1 less. Ridiculous. Hoping better options come closer to the down town area soon.

Short review: This place is basically a Chipotle for salads. Good amount of options available and the food was pretty good. No frills — would come back.

I partially take back what I said before about the staff. Was served by Miguel today and he is one cool dude. If you get him then your experience is sure to be a good one. Small talk, jokes, and heaping toppings. 5 stars for Miguel and, obviously, the best salad bar in town.

This place is so so so great for anyone who wants to eat healthy! Definitely go and try the wide variety of things to put on your salad or wrap. Everything is served fresh and the dining area is clean and that’s always a plus for me.

Lots of choices to make a great salad. Small is $ 7. Large is $ 8. Add $ 2 to 3 for added meat. Got the large. Even the small is large. Meant to save half but ended up being a piggy and eating most of it. Served with bread. My only con is I would rather make my own salad. You can ask for more of this or that but, I would rather do it myself. All fresh ingredients. Great location across from Bass Hall.
