What else can i say but less then mediocore, I had never been but tried since my sister said she like the place. I ordered the soup and a flat bread pretty simple but they couldnt even get this right! We ordered the food to go so when we got home and see that the flatbread was burnt and soup was not very appetizing we didnt even want to make the trip back to get it corrected just trashed it and learned a lesson, check your food before leaving. Would not go back and really wouldnt recommend the place.

I’ve had more meat on a vegetarian sand which. This problem is only at this location. I love this chain. The workers were as fun as head lice. Just do yourself a favor and go to another location.

I have been here several times and I understand why they always have a now hiring sign… Sometimes friendly and seem to care other times really just can’t wait to leave… About half the time the order is not right and I could maybe understand it if they were busy but rarely is thee more than one other person there… Maybe it’s just short handed when I go not sure.

Honestly, I’m pretty surprised by all the poor reviews of this restaurant. I’ve eaten here numerous times and I’ve never experienced any of the issues they’re describing. The customer service has always been excellent. The staff is always friendly and the food is fresh and comes out quickly. Also, the restaurant is clean as are the restrooms. I will say that the food doesn’t seem to taste as good as some of the other Schlotzsky’s that I’ve been to — however, I wouldn’t come here if it didn’t taste good. Overall, I’ve been pleased and I will continue to give them my business. Plus they have Cinnabon– can’t go wrong there :)

I had the gourmet pizza… definitely NOT gourmet in any way. The best thing about this place is the cool coke machine and Cinnabon.

If I could leave a no star review I would. I first made the mistake of ordering at the drive thru, after several repeated times of telling the girl working my order I pulled around was handed my bag with no verbal response rude but who cares I just wanted my food. Get to destination to find that not only was my food wrong but was wrapped in a tortilla?!? Never in my order did I say tortilla. Again I can only assert it to the girl half assing her job and not listening. I called the store was hung up on the first time called back and was told to bring it back and they’d replace it. I returned to the store with my incorrect order the manager(not sure since the girl who took the original order wouldn’t approach or acknowledge me and tugged on the guys shirt and pointed at me) grabbed the bag out of my hand without a hello or let me take that please, threw it in the trash and handed me another immediately. Odd since I just walked in they should have made it fresh instead of handing me a sandwich that had been sitting there. At this point I am already frustrated so I didn’t bother got home opened my sandwich and took a bite. Vomit immediately followed. Everything on that sandwich was inedible. The bread was hard and had a bad chemical taste to it, and the chicken was spoiled rotten. No one in the house could even eat it. Worst experience ever with a fast food place. Not even going to bother calling a third time because the manager obviously does not care about the customers. I will never be visiting this location when I’m in town again and will go above and beyond to make sure everyone knows how atrocious this place is. A sorry would have been acceptable but to give me an obviously rotten sandwich is irresponsible and despicable.

Normally the customer service is great. But this time I get charged for Gluten free bread(and they didn’t tell me). That’s fine to charge. But not when you don’t tell your patron. Next, my wife’s tries to order… and at least 5 things she wanted they were out of?!? How is that. It’s 12 noon? Your big seller is the steak, it’s all over the store on pics, and you don’t have any of that ready either! When I brought this to the manager. He just said, «okay.» And didn’t do anything or say even an «I’m sorry.» Based on this; I’ll go out of my way to find a better suited respectful location. I do want to mention one good thing. There is a worker named Dermontti Gleason; he is absolutely the best part of this location. If I owned this location he would be the manager! If not the General Manager… He’s that good! **** If the store owner reads this. Please contact me to discuss.

SLOW!!! 20 minutes for one sandwich and there was only one other person inside and one in drive thru. The manager didn’t care about anything. Employees were on their cellphones instead of working. All but 1 table had trash on it. l have been here 3 times. Each time is the same. I done.

First time here. When I first walked in I noticed an odd smell like mildew. We placed our order and got our drinks. The server then told us the cookies we wanted were gone. Okay. Chose another. We waited 15 minutes with two little children growing more bored by the second. We sat outside due to the smell and noticed that each drive-thru patron had to pull forward and wait an abnormally long time as well. I saw no less than three people come back in with wrong orders and at one point a lady was called from across the parking lot to tell her they had given her the wrong sandwich, AGAIN! The food was not impressive. The kids pepperoni pizza was filled with grease and coated the plate. My kids wouldn’t eat it. My salad was wilted and the apples had brown spots. We won’t be coming back.

I was extremely disappointed in my pastrami and Swiss sandwich. Super skimpy on the pastrami — two little pieces in the entire sandwich. The atmosphere, though a new storefront, was depressing — no background music, diners looked like they didn’t want to be there, and service was not all that great. I should have gone to Jason’s Deli — they pile on the pastrami!

The best Schlotzskys I’ve been to in a long time. The bread was great and the service was well above any other Schlotzskys! I’m sure it’s because they are new to this location, but I haven’t shut up about how great it was. We’ve been back since and loved it just the same. The service lacked a little this last time, but the sandwich was still fricken awesome! I’m not a fan of their chips, but I can do without chips to enjoy their awesome sandwich! Give this location a try!!!
