Description

Specialties

Decedent and Guardianship Estate Administration, Trustee and Agent Under Power of Attorney. Fiduciaries and Conservators.

History

Established in 2001.

Greg Shannon founded Senior Concepts, Inc. to afford Fort Worth and Tarrant County, Texas families and individuals an alternative to traditional fiduciary appointment options. The roles of Decedent Estate Administraor, Executor, Trustee, Guardian of Estate and Power of Attorney have traditionally been filled by financial institutions, CPA’s, attorneys, family members and even trusted friends. In today’s world of increasing complexity and specialization, CPA’s and attorneys are often reluctant to assume this role while many financial institutions focus on the ultra wealthy and lack the flexibility desired by descriminating clientele. While family members and trusted friends are often the right choice, many have found that selecting a neutral third party specializing in fiduciary duties promotes family harmony and avoids placing unfamiliar responsibilities on otherwise busy, talented individuals.
