I bought a Groupon to use for moving. I am extremely displeased with the managers. The movers are doing a great job and the best they can. My experience started out well with them being able to get me in on late notice and with a 8am start time. My movers were almost 2 hours late this morning with no notice. I had to go to work so my boyfriend was at home waiting for them. We’re on a tight schedule with our jobs and school. We had to call over 3 times with leaving a voicemail too before getting a hold of someone. My boyfriend was then belittled by a manager saying it was our fault that the movers were late and that they’d been in traffic since 7am. They said they kept calling me, and my boyfriend verified the number. I revived one call while I was at work today at 9:14. It was not a number I recognized so I didn’t answer. They did not leave a voicemail. I received no other phone calls from personal numbers, no phone calls from the work number, no texts, and no emails. My movers were two hours late causing problems with our schedules and the company has yet to apologize. I understand stuff happens, but to put in zero effort to let us know what is going on is ridiculous and then be rude and belittle us for their problem is even more ridiculous. I would never recommend this company.

I purchased a Groupon for their 3 man 3 hour move special — $ 199. I called the company on June 5th to schedule my move. Talked with a Shawn — he told me there were no other moves scheduled on my requested date of July 1st and that I was all set to go for 9:00 am on 07⁄01. I gave him my Groupon number, and he told me he would be calling closer to my move date to get my credit card number in case there were extra charges. I then receive a call from Shawn on 06⁄17 where he states my move has been cancelled. I asked him why and he said his boss scheduled a job that was basically more important than mine. He didn’t say those words, but that is most definitely what he meant. I am in utter disbelief and will never use Groupon again! My only guess is they landed a full paying customer for my date and decided to cancel my move even though I reserved it first. I highly suggest that you do not use this company, because who knows if they will honor your reservation. Now I have no movers scheduled and have been jumping through hoops to get my money back from Groupon, even though Groupon tells me this company«redeemed» my $ 200 on June 5th. So it looks like I have already used my Groupon. It’s being sent to their Research department lol. Nightmare! Worst experience ever with both this company and Groupon.
