Employees are always genuinely happy, that’s a big plus, great service better than the average star bucks, I’m just taking away one star because they always run out of what I what, and I don’t experience this in any other location I’ve been to

The standard Starbucks but they seem to run out of whatever I want. Shouldn’t I be able to go to Starbucks and get a muffin? By 2:00 all they seem to have left is coffee. Nice outdoor patio area though.

They do not have any comfortable seating since it is only wooden chairs.

Just not well trained employees and lack of attention to detail! And wasn’t clean inside! No fun! Rather stick to the Washington state Starbucks!

I just went through the drive through and it went fairly quick. I ordered a Tall Light Carmel Frapp. It’s always consistent so nothing bad to say. Service was great from the cashier.

Service friendly and reasonably quick, but cappuccino and espresso are very ordinary, and really no better than instant. It doesn’t appear that Starbucks actually train their baristas and/or they use poor quality beans.

Positives: friendly service, intimate atmosphere. Location, employees are genuinely happy to be at work Negatives: bathrooms generally dirty, because it’s small you hear EVERY word spoken whether customers or employees. I don’t want to dull their sparkle, but the baristas are very very loud. It’s hard to concentrate on your work when they’re telling.

I like this place. It is a crowded location, but a calm area, in the midst of all of the traffic. :)

I love this Starbucks!!! The staff here are so happy and it makes me happy they’re so happy! Plus, I suppose we are«regulars» since the baristas know when we try something different. Usually get the tall white mocha. Today we did the holiday Chestnut Praline and a Caramel Brûlée. Awesome job! Mmmmmm p. s. I love my red cup! Hahahahaha

Starbucks can be known for being over crowded and slow. I walked in, several people where inside snuggled in corners, working on projects or chatting with friends. It was perfect time, I walked straight to the corner… placed my order plus purchased some gift cards and I was in and out with the quickness. The coffee smell was fab.

Came here close to their closing time, after a dinner with our large, extended family. It was a warm summer evening and since they were closing soon, we decide to just grab tables outside, which was a great convenience. The staff do their jobs well and they’re very friendly, even at the end of the night and what may have been a long day for at least some of them. We had 4 grade school age kids in tow and they were not in the mood sit still. The staff even put up with them walking in and out of the place. Since there were not too many other patrons at that point, we didn’t fuss about the kids sitting still and they weren’t being too noisy. Everything our party ordered came out quickly and was made well. Satisfied as usual with the product.

This Starbucks location is good, my only complaint is that the area it’s in is difficult to get in and out of and the wait in the morning is excessive. Better thought should have been given to drive through etc when it was built and a better system is needed to get cars and people in and out during busy times. Always have good service although the frequently don’t have Blonde Roast — which as a core blend is annoying.

Always sub par. The people are sometimes friendly. They never seem to make the drink taste good, it always seems to taste bitter or burnt or something. I try never to go here, but because of the location I have to sometimes. DONT Go here if you don’t have to. Go to the one on 183 on Euless Main. It’s one of the next closest. It’s continually been bad.

I have no idea how many times I’ve been to this Starbucks in the last two years. I’ve been in the area five times(sometimes for as long as three weeks) and this location is extremely convenient. There are several people who have been working there this whole time. That definitely helps with the consistency factor. The baristas are truly dedicated, focused even. In my experience, finding that outside of a larger downtown area is pretty rare. This Starbucks is a credit to the brand. I wish I could say that about the one I go to most often close to where I work. They could really learn something from these guys.

Very friendly staff even at 5:30am. Got what I wanted pretty quickly being the first in line. Hot coco and banana nut bread made a great day to start on.

Really bad customer service by the drive thru associate. I’m really disappointed on my first visit there. She did not ask me if I want my receipt. It was at 8:01pm.

It’s nice but not that great. It does get packed which is why employees are always on a rush. Its understandable, but since they are on a rush, it causes them to make plenty of mistakes o. The orders and/forget to give you what you order. Its happened multiple times since I’ve gone. The only reason I keep going back is because it’s closer to my job.
