I am so glad I contacted Tarrant Dermatology about my son’s acne problems. My mom actually used them years ago when she had some ongoing skin irritations. After all the great things she said about them I decided to give them a try with my son’s skin care. The doctor we saw was very knowledgeable & took the time to explain things to us about what was actually going on with his skin and how to treat it. I felt very confident in the information we recieved. The front office staff was very nice and explained the bill to me in a way I could understand. We never felt confused throughout the whole visit and did not feel neglected (like at some dr offices). I am very appreciative of all the caring staff at Tarrant Dermatology!

Front office is awful!!! when you call and press for scheduling appointments they are little rude bitches. They act like that you are bothering them when you ask a question??? when I ask several questions it took them a minute to answer and when they did answer they answered me like I was some kind a dumbass. RUDE RUDE AND YOUNG AND GET PUT OUT TO EASY

I went in for my second appointment this afternoon. I was running late & called to inform them. They were extremely sweet & understanding of my situation. When I showed up at the office, they had all my paperwork ready for me & took me back as soon as the room was ready. Dr. Miller & his staff were very courteous to me & explained everything in detail so that I understood what upcoming procedures were going to be like. I felt very much at ease & informed. I’m recommending this office to everyone I know. Thank you so much Tarrant Dermatology-​I appreciate all you do!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would in a heart beat! These people are not only horrible at providing adequate care, they will also charge you for anything the first chance they get! STAY AWAY/​/​BE WARNED!
The last time I saw Theresa Willis (the only good dermatologist there, from what I have heard, now she is gone) was in February 2012 and, according to their front office, I scheduled my next annual appointment directly after that appointment in 2012 for some day in February of 2013(I would not ever do something like schedule an appointment a year out because who has any idea what their schedule looks like a year later, especially someone who is going to college??). Well, I didn’t do that and according to them I did, so I got charged a $ 25 no show fee when I called them today to schedule an appointment as I haven’t been to the dermatologist in a while.
Also, they claimed to have mailed me a bill for my 2012 visit, which of course I never got because they had the WRONG address for me on file. What’s worse is I was originally told by the woman working the front office after my visit that my entire check up was covered by my insurance, which I found very odd because I always have a co-​pay no matter what type of doctor I go to, so I assumed she had no idea what she was talking about.
As far as services, Theresa Willis was always 100% perfect with her check ups. She has been my dermatologist since I began going to Tarrant Dermatology and she also was my grandparents dermatologist. She left (probably because the place SUCKS) and the doctor that took her place did a TERRIBLE job assessing my grandfather on his first visit with her. She just basically looked at him and said «You look fine to me, herr derrrr» whereas Theresa would always give him a very thorough check up, from the tip of his head to the bottom of his feet. This new doctor didn’t even look at my grandfather’s bare back.
In all of this, I never received ONE phone call or message about any upcoming appointments or money I owed them. I told them to just send me my bills to my CORRECT address and needless to say, I am now shopping for a more competent dermatology office. Save yourself the time and hassle and do the same.
Too long//Didn’t Read: this place sucks at service, the doctors don’t care, and their front office is horrible at communicating to patients and will schedule your appointments without telling you then charge you when you never show up because you never even knew you had an appointment.

Wonderful office. I have been going here since I was 16 years old. I do not have to wait hours for my appointments and Dr. Miller is very Thorough in his examinations. I also had a 1 hr free consult with the Esthetician. Event he PA Willis is awesome! She was so helpful and informative to my husband! She was so helpful and I didn’t feel rushed! Great customer service! Thanks!
