Marco was our server, he was fast, nice and helpful. Even the bus boy was nice and filled out drinks before they were empty. The food was all made to order with homemade noodle and husband ordered lasagna and I ordered tortellini. Let’s not forget the crispy warm bread that we enjoyed while dipping it into our sauces. You must get the house dressing and forget the traditional ranch dressing on your salads. The tomato’s based vinaigrette is fantastic. We were so happy with our date night dinner. Thank you for real Italian made meals.

Just came back from Taste of Italy with the family. The food was really good. I had the chicken parm — Excellent My wife had the Lobster Ravioli — Also Excellent. My daughter had the pizza — quite good as well. We will definitely go back. Highlight of the trip — quality of the sauces. Lowlights — my waiter seemed a bit on the indifferent side.

Attended a baby shower here a couple of years ago, the staff was so welcoming and helpful. Went out of their way to make it a huge success. Even helped load and unload our items. Can’t say enough good about them. The food There was so much food and it was beyond delicious. Some of the best Italian food I’ve had. And at very competitive prices. I’ve been a regular customer since, with zero complaints. Please never close

Great food, awesome bread, nice staff and BYOB! A little pricey but it is homemade pasta so it makes sense

The food here is pretty good, but my review is more toward the service of most every person I’ve dealt with at this restaurant. Both times we have come here are between 2−3pm on the weekends(not busy at all). This 1st time was extremely slow, and our waiter hardly came by to check on refills, etc. Recently, I call in our large cheese pizza at 2:30PM for carry out(tough order, I know), and was told 20 minutes. No problem. I get there 25 minutes later, ask for the order, and the cook is like«order 29? Eh, you just called like 5 minutes ago.» Eh, no I didn’t. Here’s my phone call record you blub. It’s not my fault you can’t roll some dough, put on sauce and sprinkle the cheese in a timely manner. I’d hate to come here if it’s ever busy — if it ever does get busy? Never see anyone here at night either. Maybe others have caught on to this stellar customer service?

Sea bass is great. My kids like Fettuccini. They are generous with bread. If you like Chicken piccata, it’s good here. Pizza great. Friendly staff and owners.

By far one of my favorite Italian restaurant whether you are getting it to go or eating there. The ambiance of the restaurant is above average especially at night when the candles are lit. Personally knowing the serving staff and managers it is always fun to go joke with them. At times they can seem like they don’t care but it is a family business owned and operated and personally I respect that. The food is above average and I personally think it is amazing. The fettuccini Alfredo is rich and creamy and my wives personal favorite. The broccoli and sausage pasta is defiantly something to brag about. Worth stopping by, driving to for a date night or causal lunch/dinner.

We ordered take-out tonight and it was very satisfying. I ordered my meal based on a fellow Unilocaler’s photo of her meal. I did not see it on the menu, but asked the gentleman that answered the phone if he could prepare it for me. No problem he stated. Portions were very generous and the order was packaged correctly.

Picked up food because we were too lazy to dine in and goodness, their portions are HUGE. Ordered the fettuccine chicken Alfredo and they aren’t shy with their sauce. Also they give you a give portion of chicken as well, nicely grilled and juicy. We also grabbed a couple slices of pizza Togo and I can’t complain their. We got a kids spaghetti and they were kind of stingy with their sauce and also tasted like a basic tomato sauce. I plan on returning to try other items on their menu, we just stuck with basics this trip.

The food at this place is fine. But we and other friends have stopped going there because the people in charge are extremely rude and unfriendly. One night we arrived 30 minutes before closing time and they yelled at us at the door that the kitchen was closed. Really!!! We don’t need this kind of treatment and believe me this is only one example. Another time our daughter ordered a pizza and the waiter said that it was too close to closing time for her to have it. Told her to order something else instead. Will never go back there. In fact, our neighborhood had a monthly dinner there on Tuesdays. The owners were so rude to the lady who is in charge of reservations, that our group of 24 now has moved to another restaurant down the street. Good riddance to that awful place.

The ambiance is romantic, inviting, and warm. Servers and waiters are always visible and at the ready. It is BYOB, and don’t be shy about it! Almost every table participates and customers are likely to be seen walking in with wine and 6packs of bottled beer. The food is not so great. Our chosen entrees were Fettuccine Alfredo w/chicken($ 13 $ and the combo entrée of ½ Eggplant Parm and ½ house Lasagne($ 9). The Eggplant Parm was obviously frozen and had a weird odor and taste. I ordered the fried calamari as an appetizer. It did take quite a bit of time to prepare, but our waiter was attentive and assured us that it was taking a little longer than expected. It was docked from our ticket because of the wait without any complaint or prompt from us. It was tasty, but compared to Alba’s — I’d choose Alba’s. Also, there were no tentacles! :-(Those are my fave. My date ordered the cheese garlic toast as an appetizer. Four pieces were delivered. Unfortunately, they all had the same odd odor and taste as the Eggplant Parm… only worse. Inedible. The total ticket for the two of us(including tip based on what the full price of the meal would have been if the calamari app was included) was around $ 40 something dollars. Service and candlelit setting received an extra star from me. Otherwise the restaurant would have received only 2 stars. And I would only give it 2 stars because, it’s worth a try — but I personally won’t be back.

We went before the church crowd and rhe place was not very full. The cheese bread and marinara appetizer was good but i didnt think there was enough cheese. I was so cold tge entire time i was in here.(I dont want to think about my poor mother with her circulation issues.) The pizzas were bigger than expected. The pepperoni was flatter than dominoes but the flavor was good. The supreme was good(i am told by a very picky party.) We got the thin crust and it was a little puffy. Décor is classy and elegant.

Tried this place today for the first time today. Seen it many times and thought it was a nice hole in the wall place to try.(Usually have the best food). And I must say it was gross! First off décor is nice. Definitely gives you the rustic feel of italy. We waited about 15 minutes to be asked for our order. The waiter was rude couldn’t spark up a side conversation about anything if you tried. Salad and bread were okay. I got lasagna. Noodles were rubbery(there is a difference between aldenté and rubber), sauce was way to salty and sour. My wife got spaghetti with the same consistency. Will probably never eat here again.

Love this charming restaurant right by work. We’ve been here for lunch numerous times over the past 5 years. My favorite dish is the sausage broccoli ziti, which btw is only on the weekday lunch menu. I didn’t know that at the beginning and tried to order it one weekend, because cravings! The guy on the phone informed me of that but offered to make it for me anyway! Pretty awesome in my book! Their pastas are always perfectly al dente. The waiters are great. We’ve gotten to know them over the years and feel like a part of their family. Oh, the garlic bread with cheese. Don’t forget it! :-)

It is a quaint atmosphere. Small and low lit. They do not sell alcohol but they strongly encourage BYOB, and most people did. The portions were generous, and please ask your server if it is large enough to share. There is a $ 2 plate charge but most pasta entrees were only $ 9-$ 12 bread is comp, The service is good, and attentive but not smothering. I would recommend this place, and I and my family will definitely be returning.

So I wish I had read the reviews first that said it is BYOB and then I could have had a nice glass of wine with my meal. That being said, the food was pretty good. We had the Calamari as our appetizer and although it was fresh, it lacked seasoning. My husband had the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich which was big and we’ll cooked. Again, he said it lacked«something » I had the Combo Pasta and it was huge and I easily could have eaten it three times. My pasta was fantastic and at $ 10 for three meals, I call it a great deal. We split the tiramisu and it was just ok, would have been better if it did not come in a plastic cup and taste like it was delivered in. Will we go back, probably, but would not make a special trip.

My last experience here was 5 stars. This is my second time and more like 1 star. Therefore, it’s only fair that I’m averaging it out as a 3. After such a great, first experience, I couldn’t have been more disappointed when we went back a few days ago. Our waiter was slow and extremely non-responsive. Through the entire meal, I could not get his attention, although the young girls at the table near us were well taken care of. Our food waited a full minute under the heat lamps while he seated other diners and talked to the chefs. Midway through the meal, our beverages ran out. Finished the meal, glasses still empty. No amount of waving was effective. We were obviously a low priority. While the food was tasty, it was a bit overly salty, which normally I don’t mind, but our glasses were empty! No amount of waving could grab his attention on our behalf. He never even looked our way. Finally, we were done, not completely, but partly because I was full and partly because I needed fluids if I was going to continue eating, I decided on a doggy bag. After sitting there about 5 minutes after we stopped eating, he finally looked our way. As he approached the table, he asked about doggy bags to which I said two, then in a light hearted laugh, I pointed to our empty glasses and said, «We thought you forgot us!» Ha ha. «Oh, would you like refills?» I mean, seriously? The ice in his coke had completely melted. There was only one thing left to do. My husband is a notorious over tipper. He feels such empathy for waitstaff, that he is ALWAYS giving them the benefit of the doubt. When we were first married, I assumed this habit was aimed just at the girls, but that assumption was proven false. Waiter or waitress, he was more likely to leave 30% or more. I wasn’t sure how I was going to convince him NOT to be so generous this time, but I didn’t have to do so. For the first time, I saw him leave a tip that completely reflected the service we received. One last comment: As we drove away, he mentioned that he had eaten here a few years ago with a friend and the same guy came and talked to them, acting as if he were the owner. Whether or not that’s the case, I don’t know. But I do know it’ll be a long time before I go back there to eat.
