Amazing experience for our first time here. We brought our dog and sat out on the patio for a late lunch/early dinner. We ordered the bacon wrapped jalapeños with pineapple chutney and they were to die for!!! The burger I ordered was huge and delicious! Arrive hungry because the meal portions are filling.

great little find. amazing Draft Beer selection, fun atmosphere. Food, good to pretty damn good depending on what you get, but for a gastropub, I would put the food and beer towards an 8 out 10. so go. go, go if in town. fun experience. Kudos to the owner.

Wow! This place is amazing. We sat at a group table, so many variations of beer to choose from. It is crazy ridiculous on the varieties to pick from, stouts, porters, ales, blondes, local or afar, all with a particular taste. The place even has beer with a variation of liquor! Every time you order a beer, the bartender gives you options of small samples to try from… excellent… so many to try… overwhelming. The atmosphere is enjoyable, fun and relaxing. This is a great hang out!

I love the atmosphere here. Very laid back and comfy. The restaurant is pretty much inside of a house. Our waitress was excellent. Food was tasty, too. I got the ginormous lust burger. I just wish they have smaller burgers(like ¼lb) instead of just the ½lb. Also wish they offer gluten free burger buns as well. Also, the tomato soup here is delicious, creamy and full of flavor! Yum! They also serve a lot of variety of beer! I’m not a beer drinker, but if you are, then you are in luck.

I would give 5 stars, if when I order a beer it was actually available in the bar. However every beer I ordered is out back in some piece of crap shed. What the heck!!! This has happened twice now. Put your beer inside your pub! You have lost out on 60 bucks worth of beer just from 2 visits cause it was in a shed out back and no one had a key.

It’s safe to say that I would very willingly be force-fed-to-oblivion any food item on the Bearded Lady’s menu! I LURRRRVE the hog wings(50⁄50 style), especially! Not only does the Bearded Lady have delicious food… but a great beer selection and a rockin’ atmosphere, as well! SERIOUSLY. THEFOOD. EATTHEFOOD… with a side of beers. ;)

If you like stuff, check this out. They have a LOT of beer, chairs, tables, a wait staff, and a load of other things. Lexi is the best waitress… of all time. Normally this place has bad service but she’s awesome! Even though the service is bad, I’m currently«The Duchess» here. That’s probably because the beer is yummy, the okra is yummy, the atmosphere is yummy. Uhhhh what? On Mondays if you purchase a ‘Bearded Lady pint glass’; your get half off beers. Bring your glass back every Monday and get your booze on for super cheap! This place is cozy in the winter and amazing in the summer because the patio is a good size and super dog friendly!

Yes yes yes to everything– service was great, the setting, the food. I got the grilled chicken sandwich with fries($ 10). And it came with a… marinara-type? sauce. I asked for ranch; they had a spicy ranch that I dug. I liked everything on my burger but the caramelized onions, but that’s seriously just me. I had a few bites of the following: Leek [onion] rings(4⁄5) Bacon Mac and cheese(2/5…pretty average) Tomato soup(4⁄5) Grilled cheese sandwich(3⁄5) Also ordered at our table was a ‘build your own burger’ and the LUST burger which they both enjoyed, but I didn’t try. I definitely plan on coming back because I love this area and Bearded Lady fits right into it! (Outdoor seating in this weather is also nice!)

The servers are knowledgable about their beer menu as well as their food menu. I had the grilled cheese sandwich(however you want to build it) and a side of tomato basil soup. It was great to have on a brisk Wednesday evening.

I love a restaurant with eclectic food options, and this is one. I got the pull your pig tail pork sandwich and it was one of the best things that has ever entered my mouth. I also had the fried leaks which were kind of like friend onion rings but BETTER. Lastly, if you’re a 20 – 30 year old white male with a beard and or black framed glasses and or you went to UNT then you’re probably REALLY obsessed with craft beer so, this place is definitely for you because they have a large selection of it.

We went on a Friday hung out with some friends. The bar was packed no where to sit, there was plenty of seating outside but it was cold and they had no heaters out. Every beer I was interested in they were out of there was two different menus all not up to date. I would order and she would come out and say sorry we don’t have that. Than when It came to food the same case they were out of something I wanted so I settled and got the grill cheese was not impressed. The beer selection is impressive when they have some. I will give it another shot when I’m in town but as for now not a great experience.

I love the environment, the servers, and the beer selection. For a bar, the food is decent. I liked my burger, and it was a good size. Sometimes, it’s nice to have a greasy meal with a good beer, but it’s not somewhere I like to eat regularly. The fried cacti were yummy, too. The Bearded Lady also has a dog-friendly patio which makes it a great place for happy hour with your best friend!

When I walk into a place and there’s excellent music playing, I’m already a happy camper. With Coheed and Cambria tunes playing throughout the night along with Interpol, White Stripes, and The Black Keys, THISPLACEHASTHEIRTUNESONPOINT! It was a Friday night so it was super busy and my friends and I sat in what our server called the most crowded corner of the place, but she(Chloe) was the best! She gave us great food and drink recommendations as well making sure we had everything we needed. Following our server’s recommendation, I ordered the Burger of the Day which was a teriyaki glazed patty, caramelized onions, with lots of fresh mushroom and greens. It was freaking delicious. I was kind of sad I split the thing with my boyfriend haha. What I really fell in love with was the fried okra. They aren’t the typical tiny balls of fried okra, no, here they cut an okra in half and fry the whole thing so that you can taste the gooey goodness that comes with steamed okra. I think I’ll be ordering 2 full appetizer sized orders of this next time I come.

After catching a play at Stage West I went here with the cast and I can see why they wind down their show nights on this awesome patio. The place was still pretty busy around 10:30 — 11:00 and we had the coolest waitress who laughed and joked with us. Also? They have a dark beer called Dragon’s Milk. The number of times we shouted ‘breastfeed with the dragon!’ should have probably got us kicked out, but instead we got cheered. It’s –that– kind of place. The food is also fantastic. Great fries, great burgers, great salads. Everyone was insisting other people try their food in the kind of communal way that you wish every night out was, and I think that The Bearded Lady’s epic patio makes that possible. Trust me, you want to go here.

This place is such a gem! Located near the medical district and along Magnolia street, it was a very quick drive from one of the hospitals and a great place to relax until traffic goes away. On the outside, it’s literally a house so look for the sign that says«The Bearded Lady.» There is a parking lot next to it which saved us the trouble of parking on the street. We also came on a weekday around 5PM so that was probably why we found parking pretty easily. The beer selections were fantastic. I have to come back here and try some of the drafts. I had a pineapple wheat beer which was very good. Now if only I can find it at a local beer store… For appetizer, we shared a dale’s dip which was naan bread with this yummy cheese dip. Normally I don’t go for cheese dip but it was pretty good! For my entrée, I had the lusted burger which was this juicy and medium rare burger with cheese, onions, and avocado that melted in my mouth. It was somewhat greasy but hey, the burger was tasty. My burger came with a side so I chose mac n’ cheese with bacon and probably my favorite part of the night. If only it wasn’t so unhealthy, I could eat it every other day. Overall, great selection of drinks and food with nice service! I look forward to coming back!

Nice patio. Incredibly crowded and noisy inside on Wed night. Good for them, bad for me. Ordered a pulled pork sandwich(I thought), but got my side for the sandwich, but no sandwich. Unreal. Service was very sketchy and so slow. Really nothing too good to say although the beer list is extensive(short on non– US beer). Won’t be back. Too many better places in Fort Worrh

Oh Magnolia, how this place has grown in popularity. This quaint place resembled a small house which was great. It may be small, but they have plenty of room on the patio with tables. They’re also dog friendly which is awesome, which is mainly why I decided to come here. On a brisk day in May(60 degrees) in Texas, this was the perfect spot for happy hour. I’ve heard amazing things of their grilled cheeses, and i thought that would be the perfect bite to eat with some tomato basil soup. They have a grilled cheese option of the week, and also a burger; which is really great for all you grilled cheese/burger fans :). They were adequately priced for $ 9.50 for the grilled cheese which also included one side($ 1 upcharge for soup). This weeks grilled cheese consisted of fried avocado, spicy mozzarella, and roasted pork. Everything went together so well, and was a perfect grilled cheese. I can’t wait to try more. The tomato basil soup complimented the grilled cheese, and the fries came out with their house ketchup and a lemon truffle aioli(omg so good, i could put that aoli on everything) Besides the good food, they have a huge selection of craft beers, and during HH its $ 1 off drafts! Overall, really neat place and great service. I will def. be coming here with my pup often.
