Love this place. Brought two bike wheels in for new tires. In an hour or so, all was ready. Great service, knowledgable staff. Love supporting local small, family owned, Fort Worth businesses. Downtown is so convenient. Keep up the good work, Bernie.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Bernie, the owner of Trinity Bicycles, and shop staff, are very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their business ethics are incomparable…
I bought an All City Macho Man from Trinity because I handed down my specialized hybrid to my daughter. I loved it! I wasn’t able to ride it but a few times before heading out to Northern California for most of the summer. Ultimately, upon my return, I came to the conclusion that the bike was just not a good fit due to the frame style and my standover height,(or lack thereof:)…
I contacted the shop and Bernie let me bring it in for a trade. When I arrived, (feeling a little terrible about my situation, as I know that businesses typically frown upon returns and I hate being a pain in the …), Russ Wirtjes assisted me and spent a ton of time talking about bike size/​style options that would fit me. I didn’t trade out that day and planned to return when Bernie was back to the shop. In the meantime I found a really great deal on a Surly Straggler 42 cm. After contacting Bernie again I was beyond happy when he offered to give me a full refund on the All City so I could take advantage of the exceptional Surly deal. He offered … I didn’t even ask for such generosity and kindness. Bernie said something like this to me, «Ultimately we just want people happy and riding a bike they love», That says volumes…
My situation was due to my own ignorance… but Bernie helped me out. Go to this shop for all your bicycling needs, you’ll be so happy you did! I’ll be back to Trinity for pedals and a saddle for my new beautiful Straggler. Yes! Bike on!

I purchased a new beach bike online. I wanted to have the brakes adjusted and an overall safety inspection.
I had a bad experience with another bicycle shop that day. I called Trinity Bicycles from their parking lot and asked if they could do the adjustments and safety inspection. They said, «bring it over!»
When I got there, they told me it would be two days. On the second day, they called and said this new bike was missing a part near the gear assembly. I would take a couple of days to order, but he’d look in his parts and see if the piece was there as a battle spare. I said okay. Expecting to receive my bike the next week, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call a couple of hours later telling me my bike was ready.
They greased and adjusted everything. Since it had been a number of years since I rode a bike, they graciously helped me adjust the seat for my height and the bike type.
Overall a great experience.

These guys are great. They were able to find and order some fairly specific parts I needed for a mountain bike. Every time I called to coordinate the ordering, pickup and payment, they were super nice and incredibly helpful. Customer service was nothing but pleasant. If I lived in the Fort Worth area, this would be my LBS (local bike shop). Keep up the great work!

So glad I found these guys! I am a novice rider. They were VERY informative but not aggressive in selling me my first bike. I had planned to purchase a new bike but they let me know about a used bike they had at a great deal. The bike is perfect for me! Most stores would have pushed the new bike sale. They encouraged me to test ride the bike but I was nervous because we were downtown. So one of the guys rode with me!!! Very impressed with these men. I will definitely go back for anything else I need!!!

Was pretty disappointed when I drove from Dallas to visit on a Sunday only to find the store closed at 3:00 (hours posted on the door and their website were 12 – 5). If it was a legit reason, a simple note on the door would have lowered my boiling blood pressure. Next time I’ll know to call ahead.
Can’t really rate the store experience. I do look forward to getting in sometime soon as they are one of the select bike shops in the metroplex which carry the Linus line of products.

always provided superior service and more concerned with delivering excellent service than lining their pockets
they have a complete knowledge of every thing to do with bicycling

Appreciate a downtown bike shop that rents a decent hybrid to peruse the Trinity Trails. We used them to spice up the routine of traveling.

I dig Trinity Bikes. I mean, I haven’t bought a bike here (their selection looks pretty swell) but I go in for little knick knacks or to get something professionally tweaked on my bike for a few bucks. There are usually one or two people in there before me asking their questions but the guys working will come help me out in no time. They are very informative as well.

I could not be happier. I brought in 2 bikes for full service tuneups, tires, brakes, the works. One was over 10 years old, the other was a nearly new mongoose. They treated both bikes with equal care and attention. I was concerned they might «look down their noses» at my old, 60 $ bike from walmart that had been sitting in the garage for over 10 years. No sir! They were competent and friendly and very approachable. I will be back for all my bike needs.

In a city where bicycles are considered an afterthought, it’s amazing how we have one of the best cycling shops. There are no spandex wearing Lance Armstrong’s working at this shop so intimidation by talk of gear ratios and exotic materials won’t leave you sneaking out the door. There’s Brian who will chat with you about riding around the city and local events and never give a hint of a sales pitch. Trinity Bicycles has a great selection of bicycles for those who are starting out to those who use it as their sole source of transport.

A long overdue review for what has become my favorite bike shop in town by far.
When Bernie and Bryan first opened up their shop on South Main (before their recent move to Sundance), I had already settled on «my» bike shop somewhere else. And as we all know, change is scary so I was more than comfortable with my choice and hadn’t planned on altering my routine (because change is scary, if you’re following along).
But they were the most convenient to downtown on my commute to work, so I stopped in a few times to pick up random items like tubes, make minor repairs, etc. The first thing that I noticed was that they knew me by name from my first or second visit. Even though I wasn’t buying an expensive new bike or making super upgrades, I always felt welcome dropping in for whatever reason — adjustment, repair, or tune-​up.
And recently, I had the misfortune of having my bike stolen out from in front of my office. As we were sitting down talking about the pros and cons of various new bikes and I was generally just cursing the name of a (cruel and probably motherless) bicycle thief somewhere, I mentioned that I was bummed most of all that I couldn’t commute to work on a bike for a while. They offered to loan me a bike until we could find me another one. Just like that. Just because they’ve been there and know how much it sucks. And just like that, I had a new «my» bike shop.
And even now that I’m on a Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance high and feel its my sacred duty to the universe to know how to repair and adjust things on my bike, there have been times that I’ve gone in to buy a small part (such as chain links) and they’ve just said «eh, we have extras, you can just take it». Which I think is awfully cool of them.
So, in summary: Cool dudes? check. Knowledgeable? check. Not going to rip you off? Check. Best bike shop in town if you ask me? Definitely, check.

I’ve used trinity bicycles for everything ranging from finding out about group rides in fort worth to switching my bike from fixed gear to single speed. The owners are always super helpful for a bicyle newbie such as myself, and never hesitate to give honest answers and opinions when asked. I’ve sent friends and family to their shop because I know they will always be taken care of. HIGHLY recommend Trinity Bicycles to anyone in the DFW area!

If you want to be an urban bike nerd, or if you take commuting by bike seriously, Trinity Bicycles is a fine shop. I could have found a better price for my bike online, but I couldn’t expect the website to be there for me when things go out of adjustment. The Trinity guys are helpful and stand by their products, offering friendly service and advice when I ask for it. They even extend business hours if you ask nicely.

Appropriately messy haired confident and healthy guy sincerely offered assistance and sincerely backed off once he knew he didnt have what I was looking for, Bmx bikes. Cool bikes though, not all price tagged which is annoying. Worth checking out if your bike shopping.
Prices did seem high, one retro beach cruiser with a basket was priced at $ 1350.

My husband and I recently visited Trinity Bicycles to get his seat repaired and pick up a few small items. The staff was knowledgeable, very nice and completed the repair with no problem. I’d highly recommend stopping by their shop if you need to pick up something for your bike or just catch up on what’s going on in Fort Worth.

Trinity Bicycles is a cool new bike shop near the med center and downtown Fort Worth. Housed in a warehouse-​style room on S. Main, the store carries new and used bikes, as well as biking equipment (like helmets and locks). The service is great, and if you can’t find the bike you’re looking for they’ll order it for you on the spot.
This is definitely a serious bike shop – the prices are not very «casual rider» friendly, unless you’re willing to pay an average $ 500 per bike (and that’s really on the low side, from what I saw). They sell both new and used bikes, but even the used bikes cost around $ 300 or more. If I wasn’t looking for something on the MUCH lower end of the price spectrum, I would be really into this store. The guys who work there seem very cool and knowledgeable, and are into follow-​up with their customers. This store is perfect for someone who’s really invested in cycling, and willing to pay beaucoups of money for a cool road bike.
