I’ve been here off and on for years. It’s hit or miss on quality. They recently moved and upped their prices. Last month I stopped by after a long hiatus and had a decent pedicure. Today I had the worst pedicure and manicure I’d ever had, by 2 different people. Both very nice employees, but not very skilled. My manicure was painful and several of my nail beds were bleeding and most of my cuticles looked ragged. The filing was uneven. My toenails were cut extremely short, the polish job was very sloppy. It’s so bad I’ll have to wear close toed shoes until I can fix it and my nails grow some. Not $ 35 quality pedicures by far.

Good customer service. Nothing fancy but they did a good job on my nails. They didn’t have a huge selection of colors but the prices are reasonable, so it evens it out.

This«salon» does not know the meaning of customer service. They will not take appointments for Friday or Saturdays, and during the week, they don’t bother to honor an appointment if you do have one, and make you wait. All the Techs are unfriendly and sullen. It is a depressing place with no personality.

I walked in and 3 people were doing nails looked at me and went back to working without saying a word. Finally, a nail tech said, «sign in.» For some reason the lady in front of me was crying. I asked the nail tech how long the wait was. He said at least an hour. I just left. I don’t think I could be around that vibe for that long.

I absolutely love this place. It is not open on Sundays so occasionally I will go somewhere else if that is the only day that I am free. I always regret not waiting until TU Nails is open again. Their acrylic set lasts much longer than anywhere else I have had one done. Also the pedicure is wonderful! My feet look amazing afterward. Highly recommend anyone who works there. They are all good.
