Great people and tons of talent. I never leave here less than satisfied with their work. Two thumbs up y’all!

My wife is a regular customer, and seems to get ingrown nails and infections constantly, unless she sees one specific person. They always try to use two different people to get customers in and out, and she does not like that. When she requests her girl for both she has to push her appointments back to the middle of the day. Which makes no sense when you open at 9:30 and they say you need to be there at 9 and she says okay and then they tell you that they can only do your hands unless you come back later. Let’s just say she is going somewhere where the customers mean something to the owner.

Gwen is awesome just went to get my nails done with her today! Usually I never really say much while getting my nails done but she was just so sweet and funny we spoke the whole time. And my nails turned out beautifully! I highly recommend going here and getting this lovely lady

I’ve given this salon several chances & never complained but sadly yet another local nail salon has fallen into the sub par category. Being rushed through even though there was only four customers. $ 40 for a dip acrylic that was sloppy. I asked for Vincent NOT to cut my nails(as the last time they cut them very short) yet he once again filed them down to nubs. There’s only so many times that«language barrier» can be used as the reason why they ignore your requests.

Never disappoints! Beautiful relaxing décor. Plenty of free drinks(box wine, margarita & daiquiri machine, soda, or water). The techs do a great job too. Super clean, they put liners in the foot spa. And will do your nails during a pedi, so you’re not there forever. Friday’s get packed and have had to wait, but other days I can usually walk right in. Even if it’s after 7, I never feel rushed.

I got my feet done with the milk and honey pedicure and a shellac and it was the most incredible experience and reasonably priced! I LOVED it! This is definitely my new go-to-nail salon!

A very basic pedicure for $ 35 called the«deluxe» The polish is messy. The tech seemed very distracted by the soccer game on the tv. I won’t be wasting my money there again.

This was my first time to go here. I was looking for a place that was open a little later than the other nail salons by my house. They were quick & efficient and had a nice variety of colors. This was a huge place with lots of people working! I enjoyed the experience!

I have been coming to the upscale salon since I moved here last April. I have never had a bad experience. I love that while my pedicure is being done they fill and paint my nails. Other places seem to want to do a pedicure and then your nails or vice versa. I’m in and out in half the time of previous nail salons. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and very efficient.

My experience was«ok». I tried using the 15% entire purchase coupon I got in the mail or maybe it was a door flyer, and only got $ 1 off. So the coupon was pointless. However my tech was super fast. I was done in less then an hour. It usually takes 1.5 to complete from start to completely dry at other places. My nail tech wasn’t very talkative so maybe that’s why. And make sure you know what your getting charged. The price I was charged did not match the brochure. But I didn’t consider them too pricey either. I’ll try them again over all.

This is my go-to spot for pedicures. The salon is large, so even without an appointment I’ve had no problems getting in quickly. The prices are a little steep but the pedicures are very thorough. I really enjoy the hot stone massages and have never felt like I’ve been rushed, even when they are busy.

Linne always makes sure my nail techs are the best. I don’t like to have my mani during my pedi because the twisting hurts my back. So they separate them for me. If you don’t like something just tell them!

Overall I’m enjoying myself. Busy but they got me right in a chair for my pedi. The glass of wine always makes things nice.

I thought I give them a try again. I got a gel mani some time ago and wasn’t happy. But I thought that a pedi sure can’t be rocket science. Really bad paint job. Blotchy on the edges and the sides. Didn’t realize it until I has already out. I think that’s it for me. Should have gone over lunch to my usual place.

I’ve been here four or five times. Overall, I liked it but it is on the pricey side, with basic pedis running about $ 5 more than the competition. Last week I went in to get a basic pedi, you know-polish removal, nail trim, polish application. Nothing fancy. I was stunned when the manicurist told me that in order to get a nail trim, I had to move up to the $ 35 pedicure! I thought I misheard her, I mean, isn’t that considered a basic component of a pedicure? With my feet already soaking in the water, I reluctantly went ahead and got it. But with two other salons in Alliance Town Center, and another on nearly every block, I won’t be coming back here.

Overall I like this place — went in on a busy Saturday afternoon and got a pedicure immediately. Only concerning thing was the cashier wanted me to write a check leaving the Pay to the Order of area blank — geez… I insisted she take a card for payment. I’ll be contacting the owners of the place to let them know an employee may be pocketing the money, including tip

I was very impressed with the design and aesthetics of Upscale. I had a pedi after work on a Tuesday afternoon. The place was empty and they had plenty of staff to handle a crowd. Terry waited on me and I had the best most relaxing pedi. Even the massage chair was the best I’ve felt. I will go back. The staff was very friendly and pleasant.

Never again! They were packed, so they rushed me through the mani/pedi so quickly, that they did a horrible job! 3 days later polish was chipping! I understand that they had a lot of clients there, but that is mo reason to treat a PAYING customer badly just to get to the next person!

Very nice place! The staff has been really friendly, and I always receive top notch service. It is pretty pricey though! The spa pedicures are $ 25 and that’s for a VERY basic pedicure. To get callus removal, you have to pay at least $ 35. Manicures are $ 15, and eyebrow was is $ 10. At least they give you wine while you’re waiting! :)
