Verandas At Cityview

Honestly the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in, unfortunately. When we first moved in, stuff was already broken– wood trimming, door was cracked like someone punched it, there was paint to cover spot that were damaged. Two weeks after my daughter was born our air was out for a week they gave us one window unit for our room, we were miserable. Not to mention out electric was OVER $ 250 and got a $ 60 refund (better then nothing) but still that’s a crazy amount. We even went to call the head corporate office & they never returned our call. Next door neighbors that moved in maybe 2 months ago always argue we’ve complained twice they still argue and make other odd noises all through the night. Asked to fix our FIRST ac wall mount took them more then a week and came into our apartment when I asked directly that I do NOT want them to come in without one us there. Stuff if cheaply fixed… Our refrigerator makes odd noises constantly, sliding door doesn’t shut & lock unless you give it a good plus to latch. The list goes on… Water has been out for two days now, without warning until mid day… Front office was terrible when we moved in, it has improved… Would love to move out, but it’s not in the mind right now with a new baby… Once again, worst apartment I’ve lived it. Would not recommend.

How dare them done into my apt with my child asleep ! For a fucking utility bill are you kidding me! My child was scared to death not knowing who was beating on the door and just walking in!!! Is that even legal? I am so very pissed off thank goodness my lease is up in two months! I see if the apt was on fire or if they gave me a 24 hour notice but no!!! Next time i will have my 8 year old call 911
