Victoria’s Secret

I don’t think I have ever been treated as badly in the last 50 years of shopping that I have done. I entered with an even exchange in there bag. I shopped at 11 this morning and after asking for my bra size 3 times I was given the wrong size. The store carpet is dirty, not easy to get the correct size due to wrong sizes in the wrong labled drawers. Wall paper peeling off the walls and no appearances of organization. I dug through drawers till I found the right size. Waited in line for 10 minutes for the even exchange with my receipt and Angels charge card in the bag. The cashier refused my card and wanted my drivers license. I refused and 45 minutes lated with security called and present at the register I was treated like a shoplifter. After talking to customer service with Victoria Secret they approved the even exchange without my ID. I was given the correct bra size and I left the store. Will I ever go back? NEVER. Nasty store and nasty sales people.

This Victorias Secret is by far the best! Their customer service is right on point and I was greeted warmly right when I walked in. I was asked if I needed help sometimes, which can be annoying at times, but they were extremely polite about it. I had a problem with a coupon that I was trying to use and the Manager came right over and made it right. This location also sells cosmetics which the location at Hulen Mall does not. I took my time and was never pressured by anyone or felt uncomfortable. Shop this location before all others. Also, returns are a breeze and they are always polite about it. SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

I just waited in line for twenty-​five minutes to redeem my angel rewards gift card. I decided to try on their new sports bras, but they are horrible and uncomfortable. They have zero plain, underwire-​free cotton sports bras in a BRA store. What gives?! The sales lady tried to convince me that the support my chest needs in a sorts bra most definitely requires underwire and padding. GTFO. I want all-​cotton in a workout garment. The wallpaper in the dressing room is curling and peeling while the pink carpet is old and filthy. Overall, this store is nasty and under stocked and understaffed.
I had to spend the gift card on a small body spray because there wasn’t anything else worth having.

The clearance section is where you can find some of your best buys. They have great stocking stuffers, lip gloss, eye shadows, lotions and fragrances.
