When I first started at Fort Wright CrossFit, I thought I was not in good enough shape to start something so intense and serious. Turns out — I was wrong! Coach Kyle helped to teach me how to scale the WOD to my own skills and abilities — and continues to do so! I sincerely trust him to ensure my safety in technique and lifting ability. And every workout, I am getting better and better!
If you’re looking for a place to go and be just another account using a treadmill… well, this isn’t the place for you… BUT if you’re interested in finding a team that encourages you, supports you and genuinely cares about your well-​being both inside and outside the box, FWCF is the place to be!
